as outdog can be misinterpreted. i regret that. >> a report that was 1000 pages long detailing her professional and personal interactions with greg rivers. he filed nine formal complaints against leroy in october accusing her of coming on to him and reprimanding him when he did not reciprocate. that report was released providing details into the e-mails and records between 29. both admitted they would text together. she said rivers was a close mr. tonic friend. he said his boss took it a step further trying to kiss him on a trip to tallahassee and attempting to hold his hand following a different work function. when he was out of her good graces he felt, quote, subjected to a hostile work environment and job was in danger. but the tallahassee law women

review says that rivers was just as involved as leroy. he told investigators he and the superintendent exchanged gifts and cards. he admitted to making copies of cds. there was some sexual innuendo but said it was overwhelmingly benign. they say while leroy may have crossed a line she did not break any rules. the board chair kay fields said the superintendent took owner and they are -- ownership and they are ready to move on. >> i'm saddened we had to go through this. i'm happy it is released. >> now investigators recommended that the board advise rivers and leroy to keep their relationship strictly professional. they recommended leroy as well at her cabinet receive extra sexual harassment training. >> anjuli davis in bartow. thank you.

morris is heading to prison. she was with him the night he shot and killed two police officers . she he was found guilty of not informing the officers that morris was a felon in pokes of a firearm. morris is on death row and brantly was set to start her prison sentence last month when she was arrested. on friday the state cut her a break and gloria gomez was in federal court for the latest on the case. what happened? >> she was in court this morning but it only lasted a few minutes and off to prison she went. she was cut a break from the state when they decided not to press charges and file charges against her for attacking her girlfriend this month. the state attorney said the victim in the case was reluctant and not cooperating. and they didn't have a case against her. just to give you background it was 2013 when brantly was

they are the voice for those in need. and guardians speak up for children who have been taken from their families. but in manatee county there is a shortage of the volunteer. they need 100 volunteers and as kimberly kuizon tells us, it is a hard job one that is very repardonning. >> tony latorte is on a search, we need volunteers to advocate for the children. >> she said is the director fof the guardian ad and litum program. she needs volunteers to help the children. >> when you see them go back with the family or in their forever home. >> that's rewarding, they are court appointed to children who have been removed. and the need has skyrocketed. there are 821 who need the guardian but only 200 volunteers.
