derrol nail looked at orion. >> we looked at the orion capsule that arrived here several days ago. this is the pressure vessel i'm talking about. you can see there it is mostly an aluminum skeleton. nasa said they will be working on this to build it up to the full capsule over the next 18 months at which time they will then test it to see if it will hold up a crew in space. they will send it to ohio and bring it back here to the space center. the ultimate goal is to send this capsule on a mission around the moon, deeper into space than any craft has ever gone. and it will take about three weeks the title of the mission is exploration mission one. nasa says they're on track with this capsule's development as well as an sls rocket to get the

(linda vo) still no ruling from a a ruling from a judge in an assault case against bill cosby. the lawyers asked the judge to dismiss the case a former district attorney promised him he would not be prosecuted in exchange for the deposition in a civil case ten years ago. today was day two of the hearing to determine if the charges should stand. and chris cato has a update. i was checking the tweets of the reporters in the courtroom following the case and they tweeted that judge is now in chambers deciding about to make a ruling. we could be close to the ruling. the judge will not leave until a decision is made.

stand and thought the charges were off the table ten years ago when he advised cosby to give the deposition or he never would have let him do it. this is video of the comedian arriving at the courthouse in philadelphia. his lawyer is trying to get the judge to throw out the assault charges that were filed in disease. they are based on a deposition cosby gave in 2005 for a lawsuit by a woman named andrea constan. she said she was drugged and he forced himself on her. in the deposition cosby admitted to buying pill pills with the intention of giving them to women for sex but he said this contact was consentual. >> his lawyer said he would never have cosby give the deposition if there was not a promise to not prosecute. the da said that is not binding the former da never put it in writing and even if he had he said that he didn't have the
