75, where the interstate meets overpass road. that is just south of highway 52, as you can see on this map. those of you who travel every day are familiar with t. this is a close-up look at the damage. this is what happened when the crane hit the overpass. the driver is aubrey reed from texas. he wasn't hurt, but he was ticket forward carrying an over-sized load. this is a live look at the scene. again tappears the one northbound lane of i-75 is just about to open, at least that's what we are hearing. looks like a little traffic coming through right there. the crews are still inspecting the roadway. but of course, we will let you know if anything happens. good day will be following that at 4:00 a.m. >> for tampa drivers, a stretch of i-275 shut down an hour ago. the northbound lanes closed from lois avenue to armenia until 5:30 tomorrow morning. crews are working on re-opening the brand-new lane. all of you who got stuck on the

few weeks, they are saying this may provide relief when the lanes re-open tomorrow. >> clearwater police have arrested this man, accused of attacking a little girl inside a mall bathroom. now this happened last friday night at the macy's inside westfield countryside mall. police say that the man has an explanation for why he was in the wrong bathroom and he even admitted to putting his hand on the girl and he explained why he did it. >> reporter: it was one mistake that led to an even bigger one, 18-year-old ricky thompson turned himself in to police today. they had gotten several tips that he was the man spotted spotted in surveillance video. friday night, a six-year-old girl told police that a man followed her into a macy's bathroom stall and held her down. she wasn't hurt. but police wanted to track down on whoever would put their hands on a child.

down ricky thompson from ocala who told detectives he mistakenly walked into the women's bathroom, thinking it was the men's bathroom. he said the girl was in a stall that was halfway open. when she saw him, she screamed. >> his words, he panicked. he freaked out and he did totally the wrong thing. he attempted to quiet her down, you know, not with his words, but by putting his hand over her mouth. >> reporter: after that, thompson took off, going back to his young son whom he was there to pick up from his estranged wife. he is now in jail, charged with battery. the little girl is doing just fine. luckily, she knew exactly what to do if a scary situation like this one. her parents say she learned about stranger danger from her teachers. >> all right, thrampgs so much. we have new video for a traffic camera in sarasota that might be the chi to solving a deadly hit-special-run crash. watch right there. that car is the wong that struck

just took off. we have more from polk county. >> reporter: it's very clear, there is an emptyness inside that only grows wider as each day passes without answers. his son was hit and killed on his bicycle on january 31 in sarasota. it happened on 301, between 6th and 8th streets. this shows the s suspect vehicle just seconds before the crash. police hope it jogs someone's memory out there. now, we are told the car is a new model toyota corolla l.e. four-day with right front-end damage. skyler's father says whoever was driving the car in that video needs to come forward now. >> skyler left a lot -- a lot of people behind, you know? that loved him and cared for him. it's crazy how it happened though. he's my son. i miss him. >> reporter: the vehicle was speeding before the accident.

it is worth between $20- and $25,000. police are looking through hours of surveillance video from inside the gallery here, several cameras may have gotten video that might be useful. but so far, police don't have solid leads yet. was it a professional art thief? or it was someone who has no clue how much it's worth? >> it would capture the imagination of a high-end crook in my estimation. someone wanted that to maybe sell it to a private collector. >> it is such a well-known name in the art world. you know? a lot of people resonate with his work. i am sure there are other sad people hearing this tonight. >> reporter: while they look through the nearly 30 hours of video, police are without solid leads. the collection here is worth more than $5 million. and while he has countless pieces that are housed in hundreds of museums, right now, this is the priority.

that monster did not warn their customers about the potential effect of consuming too much caffeine. each 16-ounce can of monster energy has 160 milligrams of caffeine. monster doesn't disagree with the amount of caffeine. but they say more than 14 billion have been sold and safely consumed worldwide for more than 13 years. attorneys claim their clients ranging in age from 17 to 43 have come forward, saying their energy drinks made their seriously ill. >> the injuries that we are seeing at this point involve both chronic and acute problems. heart attacks, strokes, afib, also involves something that is new that we haven't seen before that hasn't been pursued before is kidney failure and renal failure. >> reporter: the lawsuit alleges that monster energy

it's items touches tourine and garawna that haven't been tested. when it creatings a potentially lethal outcome for normal consumers. >> reporter: monster benge questioned whether the plaintiff had any preexisting health conditions and claims that food&drug agencies around the world have found no safety concerns with the combination of ingredients. the fda has yet to identify any safety studies that call into question the safety of combinations of various ingredients under intended conditions of use. from 2013, health canada, the fda counter part, found no medicine safety concerns with respect to caffeinated energy drinks. in 2015, the european safety authority again confirmed the safety of caffeine in combination with other ingredients commonly found in energy drinks.

the first front goes by tonight. night. chill. not talking about a freeze. could be close on wednesday morning and then again over the weekend, rounds of cold air moving our way, along this big monster east-coast trough. we are tracking a couple of fast-moving showers. this is barely enough rain to wet the ground. it's an indicator that the cold air's going to rush in. tonight, not expecting the temperatures to drop that much because they will continue to come in off the gulf. it will turn cooler, but not today. it's all about the position, the huge, monster trough on the east coast, the warm weather out of the west. the cold weather in the east. the thing is, that trough is not going away any time soon. it's much colder up in the panhandle because their winds

off the water. they are coming off the water on tampa bay. so for that reason, the mercury's sit ing in the mid-60s and the wind is picking up in speed. wind gusts up to 31 miles per hour. 30 in st. pete, 25 in brooksville. i know a lot of you are watching in bed and you live near the water, you can hear the wind outside, howling. it will continue to be up in speed all night tonight and during the day tomorrow. this is a continuation of the big cold front, weeping by tonight. that's the first one. second cold front plays follow the leader. that one goes by, reinforcing the cold air and there could be other fronts coming our way between now and early next week, in between the fronts, it could briefly turn a bit milder. it is not going to stay in the 50s for seven days in a row. a couple of times, the temperatures may rise into the 60 tionz. but the bottom line is, we are looking at a pretty good chill

joshua's mom. >> knowing that my child is going through what he's going through -- how do i get up and go through the day knowing he could possibly die? >> reporter:ats a tough situation. treatments take a toll on the 15-year-old and he often stays quiet. this woman wanted to help. she's a child-life specialist. >> running over each other. >> reporter: it's what she does with joshua and other children. she figured out quickly that joshua is a videogamer. >> anything with fighting. war, i guess, he likes those type of games. >> so teresa came ups with the idea to have josh come up with his own videogame. >> as soon as i said, we're going to create our own videogame, he smiled. ready to go. >> found something he likes to do. he wants to do. >> reporter: the idea? a videogame about fighting cancer.
