identity theft victim. >> developing tonight, the search for a driver accused of killing a tow truck driver and fleeing the scene has come to an end. allison huffman was arrested at a friend's house in st. pete about two hours ago. troopers say she ran over the tow truck driver as he was trying to help a couple on the bridge. evan, how did the troopers catch up to huffman? >> reporter: well, chris, it was a tip call that came in shortly after 9:00, that huffman was at a friend's house in st. petersburg. take a look. this is the scene here. we just got this video in just a few moments ago. this is where they found her, the promenade apartments. st. pete took the tip in and sent fhp to pick her up. there is still a presence of stpd and state troopers. she has had three dui charges in the past.

this is a tornado watch of tallahassee. main threat here is along the big bend and along the coastline. this is area number 1. which is developing in advance of the squallline. sometimes when you see an area of thunderstorms blossom like this, it weakens the squallline behind it. so the squallline itself when it comes in, may not be that big a deal. we will be watching that. nevertheless, the rain bands are moving southwest to north tv10 and one cell down here that's been showing signs of rotation, looked at the winds inside the storm a half hour ago, it was rotating pretty good t. could be a water spout. it's moving northeast. it should weaken with time, progressively colder. we will be watching this group of thunderstorms here, which are moving northeast, towards the tampa bay area. we will watch that. then, behind all of this is the squall line with the cold front that. has to come through as well.

as it loses its energy from the first line that moves away and stabilizes the atmosphere. so you get the idea. it's a complicated setup. it really is. done. we will ultimately have areas of heavy rain, gusty winds and that will probably be about it. we will be watching with the small risk of an isolated tornado. the massive weather zips along and the energy slides northeast. the front goes by tomorrow. this is 8:00 a.m., 8 o'clock a.m. tomorrow and the futurecast model has the rain already off the east coast. this activity is going to zip and not last long at all. once it's gone, the high pressure will build in behind it. we have many days of sunshine. and temperatures in the 70s. so this week looks really good. that includes most of tomorrow. a few strong to severe storms
