that many are offended by the new song formation and it is anti-cop and many don't want to volunteer to work her concert. following the story the police are now claiming that they have, quote, dozens of officers signed up to work the concert. they tweeted out this image saying they had been in formation for days. we asked them to show us a list with dates and names for when they signed up. but a spokesperson said tpd is unable to do so because of the way they are staffed which is described as, quote. decentralized with supervisors working off several different lists. now the union president confirmed that several officers have said they're upset following the performance. where her dancers wore black panther uniforms and holding signs that say justice for mario woods. shot and killed by the police in december. her video features police

are a reads stop shooting us and the singer on a sinking cruiser. officers find it to be divisive and she is set to perform at april 29th. two months from now. before that, she will perform in miami where her show is sold out already and set for april 27th the union there is taken a stance against the singer voting to actually boycott the concert. they issued a press release saying she used her half time performance to divide americans with an anti-police message, i asked the pda if the actions could be taken here they respect the opinion of the officers but have no plans to boycott her. they say that they will make sure this event is fully staffed. this has generated generate interest on the web site with a majority of people in supreme support of law enforcement.

this sheriff is saddened by the ordeal. i go to gosh, what is that child feeling that they need to seek that kind of attention. >> now the sheriff said prosecutors may be more likely to issue a citation and do community service. the deputy superintendent for the district said some of them may face expulsion. convicted of killing his 3-year-old daughter putting her in a freezer and poisoning her mother. today lester ross learned his fate just a short time ago. a judge decided whether to sentence him to life or death in prison. and ken suarez was in the courtroom. >> it was a day of reckoning for a murderer lester ross. he wore jail house orange in contrast to the shirts and ties during the trial, the defendant is guilty of first degree murder. >> he was convicted of killing his daughter and hiding her body in a freezer in the garage for months.

the front porch a sheriff's deputy's home may have been a cry for help but ignited a strong warning from the sheriff. a neighbor and the mother of daniel hall tells us he has mental issues and his attempt to go back to jail was in search of structure and help. but at 3:30 this morning, hall set a fire on the front porch of depry ryan lennox and his dog. the sheriff wants to be clear the homes of law enforcement are off limits. >> youour deputies will be trained how to protect themselves. if that means using deadly force so be it. >> and hall is charged with arson of an occupied building. that's a first dry felony with a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison. police say a man broke into a charities building to steal money for his drug habit. they got a call when the alarm went off.
