home break-ins are connected. >> deputies say a 16-year-old boy broke into a family's garage and stole their mustang while they were sound asleep, and because he is 16, we are not naming him but we are showing his picture. he is facing a number of charges including burglary and grand theft. when deputies arrested him as his school they say he confessed and admitted to other burglaries and stolen vehicle cases. >> there is a new way to get around the downtown tampa water front, starting tonight the pirate water taxis are in service. they will be running from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. sunday through thursday and up to midnight on weekends and holidays. and anyone who is taking those taxis tonight, i hope they are bundled up. >> but it's a great idea.
