this could be rubio's first win here in minnesota. there's also one other very interesting race still in play, this one is vermont. and here, donald trump has a slight, we'll say slight lead separated by about 600 votes from john kasich at this point. this could be a key win for john kasich. althoughly keeping him in the race, as well. kasich is already looking ahead, by the way, to march 15th and his home state of ohio. if you look at the numbers here, yeah, it's all donald trump with a lead of 150 delegates right now and we'll see more separation as the night plays out. we have ted cruz in second place, surpassing marco rubio, look, relative to

nomination. >> it's important to point out that some candidates, very few picked up delegates keeping everyone in this race for sometime. and bernie sanders says he's going to stay in the race for hillary clinton really remains strong and widened her lead, right? >> yeah, and with these numbers, it's hard to see how bernie sanders could possibly do this but he said he'll try. and hillary clinton won arkansas, alabama, georgia, tennessee, the big one, texas and virginia, but we also have a couple of wins for bernie sanders. that's his home state of vermont and a bit of a surprise here, the state of oklahoma, so while hillary clinton is looking ahead to her general election presumptively in her speech, sanders stressed he's not going anywhere.

suspect. as fox 13 josh casio reports, the deputy's alleged action could hurt some legitimate cases. >> the firing of the deputy, steven leblanc fired following an internal investigation. leblanc had been targeting this guy, to mass parisi and leblanc went in for arrest, but the sheriff says during the legitimate arrest in november of last year, leblanc crossed the line and accused of asking a witness to go inside his home and plant drug nearly in parisi's bag and what happened here could jeopardize other cases leblanc is involved in. >> on cases where he's listed as a state witness will make the state attorney's job hard tore prosecute the cases, because the state will have a very hard time calling him as a

community is honoring the life after 28-year-old woman from lacuche killed in a rodeo accident. she was barrel racing when thrown from her horse. lara de weise was a mom, a teacher and they are holding her funeral in the arena where she learned to ride. >> i can't tell you how much good she had in her heart. >> she was a believer, so i know 100% she's up there riding for lord. >> those she barrel raised with are bringing their horses and everyone is asked to wear purple in her honor.

. >> time for daily spacex update now. spacex will once again try to launch the falcon 9 rocket on friday, the fourth try of the week and the launch was never to be this hard, actually. the landing is the tough part but so far, they can't get it off the ground. they are trying to land it in a reusable platform in the atlantic with previous attempts calmed off because of technicalities, weather and a boat that wandered too close to the launch system. here's a technicality of a different kind, something to make you think twice before jumping into the pool when the weather gets warmer. a lakeland woman found this nine foot gator in the swimming pool and he was tough to see because he blends in with the bottom of the pool. but she spotted him and she has
