florida at the university of miami. florida meantime has a new death penalty process. the governor signing that into law. remember florida's death penalty was unconstitutional because it violated the sixth amendment and put too much power in the lands of a judge. it should be in the hands of the jury. ten out of 12 must agree to a sentence of death. prosecutors and the attorney-general pam bondi pushed for the recommendation saying it it would allow a juror to hijack the process. with the death penalty, alabama is the only other state with the system. there are concerns over allegiant air after a report released documents nearly 100 maintenance related flight interruptions. they were coming in or out of clearwater where it accounts for 90% of traffic.
