it was around 2:00 a vehicle drove by opening fire. several people were on the porch. the 3-year-old was hit and a 23-year-old terrell hallman. they are doing all right in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. police are trying to determine who did this and why. we spoke could the mayor a moment ago, he tells us that the person who did this is a coward, whoever would shoot a child is a coward. they will find that person and prosecute that person, the sort of violence. i spoke with a witness she heard 10 shots, maybe more. children came by. a scary environment for them to
