defendant accused of a fatal hit and run. on tuesday we told you she didn't show up to court and the arrest. today she had to face the judge. gloria gomez is here to explain what happened in court. >> the best said she did show up . she she was late but when she showed up she was arrested as the judge ordered. >> you see her in tears. she was in a hit and run that killed a 93-year-old man crossing the sheet. she left her car at the scene and took off. she was out on bond. after missing court she was thrown in jail. the judge is investigating to see if her tardiness was malicious or not. if he concludes it was not she could could be released on bond. he will have her back in court in late march and make a decision then.

that's going to be happening for the weekend. we have a front pushing through. that is one more night where we watch that potential for the fog across the area. nothing to talk about right now. and the time lapse for today. that's fog, siarata beach. the skyway was shut down. eventually by the afternoon the fog pushed far enough off shore where it did not limit the visibility at the beach. a cloudy day for most of the day. can you see by the ending now that the sunshine out in full force. and areas from the north can you see showers and riding up right up the big bend to cedar key. some of that may start to work its way closer to perhaps hernando and citrus k you see it is making it into citrus. at the same time, look at it fall apart.
