regained cutter custody of the girl a month ago. the daughter is now in the custody of child protective services. in the news room, crystal clark, fox 13 news. >> thank you, crystal. we are following a news alert out of mulberry. a man accused or stealing a car with a toddler inside. the owner of the car stepped inside at a pharmacy and left the car running with the child in it. not long afterwards police found the car and the child and the child is okay but they are still looking for the suspect. and anyone with information is urged to give them a call. >> a horrifying scene at a high school gymnasium in delray beach. eight people were rushed to the hospital after a performer accidentally set himself on fire

one treated for burns was the fire breather whom we are told is a seasoned seasoned performer. >> ricky is the owner of inferno's challenge, based in roward county, and he and his crew came to this high school for a pep rally but this morning he used a new lamp oil to fuel the flames which is what caused the routine to get out of control. >> i'm a circus performer and i have done this thousands of times but i had never practiced with that new lamp oil. >> everyone was screaming and bolting for the door. >> several people jumped in to help, spraying him with a fire extinguisher. and several students had to be taken to the hospital, not injured by the flames but had other problems.

throw out the numbers, 50%, 20%, but we don't often talk about what the percentages mean. and so let's talk now while i show you this great time lapse. 50% rain chances doesn't mean coverage. it does not mean 50% of the area is going see rain. it doesn't mean 50% of the time we are going to see rain. it means if we had ten days and everything is equal, five of the ten days you would see rain, and so literally there is a 50% chance you could see rain that day. if you start driving to local places you are increasing your chances. if you are going to multiple events on saturday, those rain chances do go up and i know it's complicated and i could spend hours talking about this but let's go to visibility. is it going to rain or not?

there. a lot lower tonight than they have been the last couple of days. and periods of showers and storms through the weekend and i say periods because we are seeing in on a couple of time frames where the best chance of rain is going to be and then briefly cooler next week but warmer by wednesday. and so here are the chances. up to a 50% chance of rain on saturday, down to 40% on sunday, and so there is a good chance that you will see some rain at some point this weekend. look at this, climate outlook came out from the climate prediction center, going for a warmer than average next three months and wetter than average as well. warm and wet across much of the country into the summer, the next three months. and 69 up in winter haven, and across the state, still in the

67 in tallahassee, the cool spot 59 up in pensacola. dewpoints not as bad as they have been, but still somewhat humid, and a sticky night out there, but when it's when it gets into the 70's that we get that oppressive humid. we humidity. we did have severe weather off to the west and we are going to watch this complex of showers and storms into the overnight hours. as it approaches us over the gulf waters it should start to fall apart, having said that a few of the showers could make their way just on shore during the day on saturday, especially the farther north you go. and the rain chances closer to 20-30% and looks like we get one batch of showers moving through, that would be into saturday morning. and then another batch of showers and storms later on during the day on saturday.

tampa bay is one of the best places in the country to celebrate st. patrick's day, and for the first time ever gay and lesbian groups were allowed to mark in boston and it's considered to be the nation's oldest parade, dating back to 1762 but others arrested that boston has the oldest parade. the first observance of st. patrick's day and it's considered an honor to march in that parade and an even bigger honor to perform. this berkeley prep band is the only one in the country that was invited to perform at the boston parade. >> marching in place, here we go.
