>> i'm -- let's head over to meteorologist mike bennett. >> hey, mike. >> let me say this, though. heavy rain for some of us. others of you even by tuesday or wednesday may be saying what rain? so let's get right to it. here's the hilton clearwater beach cam. you can see the waves have been rough all day and that's going o be the case for the next four or five days, so regardless of the rain, not exactly the weather through midweek. here's how much rain we've seen so far. you see it's pretty scattered% over most of the area. the one exception being out across the nature coves. look at those rainfall totals ot of hernando and citrus counties. we're talking more than 7 inches of rain according to radar estimates on shore. you're talking about 1, 2, 3, 3 and a half inches of rain, right

for one u-s-f student, today's graduation ceremony holds extra special meaning. it's t graduation ceremony holds extra special meaning. it's the completion of a journey after a detour that was almost a dead end. one year ago, barbara jiminez ws injured in cuba. >> i spent months where my eye was completely shut and then months where it was very wide open. >> last august barbara was visiting family in cuba. she barely left t a semi truck crashed into the taxi cab she was in. among the injuries you just head barbara mention she also sufferd a brain aneurysm and was in a coma for two weeks. with no insurance, her family couldn't afford treatments or a flight back to the u.s. the community rallied around her to get her medical expenses covered and get her back to the united states.

closer to 15. as you head along the coastline of the because of the clouds because of the showers, look at the high. 77 in crystal river. 80 in brooksville. tampa, 86, then 93 out in. winter haven, and 82 down in arcadia. >> a lot of tropical moisture. you can see that in the enhanced satellite p area we're watching. 20% chance this becomes a tropical depression, but regardless whether it develops we're going to see a rain out of this right along the coast and kind of pushing inland as we hed throughout the day. here's how the futurecast plays out overnight tonight. there's some coastal activity popping up late tonight to start the day tomorrow. some very heavy rain possible by tomorrow morning through the morning hours and even on into the early afternoon. here's how the rain chances play

there. hernando and citrus, about 70% rain chances for the rest of the nature coast on into tampa and pinellas county. and highlands county, 30% to 40. big big difference depending where you're at over the next fw days as to whether you see rain or heavy rain or no rain. the rainfall totals, again, pretty impressive looking rainfall totals over the next several tonight, 78 degrees. showers moving on shore late. 7-day forecast has that threat for rain pretty much the next three, four, five days. >> 70% rain chances sunday and monday. 60% on tuesday. we'll drop it back down to 40% o round out the work week. kevin? >> mike, the bucks did get their morning practice in so thanks fr holding that off.

shot by police officers outsidea belgian police station. investigators say the suspect yelled meaning god is the greatest, before injuring the to officers. no word on their conditions. a third officer shot and killed the suspect. the prime minister took to twitter to condemn the attacks saying our thoughts go to the victims, their relatives and the police services. >> an evening of birthda horrible tragedy in france this weekend. at least 13 people were killed, six others injured when a fire swept through a bar in france. the blaze began either late friday night or shortly after midnight in the basement of that bar. authorities are still investigating, but they believe the fire began when the ceiling quickly ignited after birthday candles were lit.
