detectives found something disturbing at the home of a postal worker. after executing a warrant they found pictures and videos of child porn on kurtis ezman's laptop and found dvds imans. >> and they have to decide making sexist and racist remarks. and one convicted murderer wants it reviewed after the judge. and fox 13 is here now to explain the latest on the situation. this inmate believes that racism may have played a role in the sentencing by this judge. now the attorney for the inmate wants the supreme court to review the case for racism and bias after the judge sent him to death row.

last month he was accused of making sexist remarks and including says blacks should go back to africa. the judge denied the accusations of racism and sexism but an attorney who reviewed this said if the claims are proven, this they are founded i don't seebl him surviving. >> the inmate's attorney said if he had k algaless by the judge he would have tried to have him disqualified from the case. and the court had yet to rule on what they will do with the judge and inmate's request. we'll monitor it and let you know what happens. kelly back to you. >> thank you for that. the family of a man who was killed by a wrong way drunk driver made it their mission to find the driver. that was my job.

from the low. and ruskin to riverview and near sun city center raining as hard as it can. this is weakening. lutz and new tampa you have cans along 75. and that's really heavy rain. near wauchula and in arcadia. and a storm one or two in manatee. there is a lot of intersecting boundarys. look at this line racing to the west. and the sensitivity pick up the outflow boundaries clearly. this is putting out rain and lightning. gusty and the sun coast. heavy rain.

near inverness. th are moving north and northwest. we have a way to go. those are moving west. this line here can produce other storms in hillsborough north and northwest. here is another view, this is on our mlion watt radar. the development in the storms. they are around tampa bay, there not high enough to produce the hail but they have the signature of putting out the rain. vertical development here. and some in polk county theyre moving slowly north and northwest. the view shows low pressure. it is moving away. it away t hs in a very juicy tropical atmosphere. they stay high the next couple of days. the thing is that they will be dry. the afternoon should be busy.
