>> congress is less popular than dog poop. >> yes. it's true. i've seen the poll numbers he's right. but look. voters don't like congress as a whole but they like their own member of congress. so around 90% of them get reelected even though everybody says they hate them all. there by refuting the argument that the lek rat is to blame. >> the people didn't change the you have the democrats. you used to have a conservative in the south and the republicans in the northeast and california. it helped balance both parties until both parties lost one of their wings and they pulled to the right own to the left. specific ideology prevailed and that polarized the country around the politics. >> now you blame the parties? >> there's blame to go around. >> that's my point. what did they do with redistricting? they moved the maps around so

we've investigating the fore closure crisis since the banking melt down eight years. while most of the banks recovered, a lot of working class families have not. when landlords don't pay their tenants get burned. charley leduff shows us how that plays out in detroit.

there's no help. the little man, that's me. >> buckingham street is named after a far away palace. and this jewel of a neighborhood was full eight years ago. then came the tidal wave of foreclosures. it's like that all over detroit except downtown. downtown is full. in the neighborhoods once a house is full. what about that one? >> that one the bank owns that house. because no one moved in it right away people used it to go in there and take things out. >> you put the hot water tank in there. how long before it's gone? >> a day. >> what's the point? >> it was over three times and everything is gone again. >> so putting people out
