there are not believed to be any witnesses but people at the apartment complex said the dogs were known to be aggress, but the dogs' owner went so far has to blame the elderly man. >> they ladies and gentlemen of ladies and glunged at me at >> the dogs are in the care of animal protective services. no word on their fate. >> and a homeowner admits he shot a man who he says was breaking into his home. investigators say the whole thing happened around 11:00 last night, the homeowner telling deputies he heard someone breaking into a back officer at his home.
