the shooting of a 15-year-old boy. the bullet hit the teen in the foot while he was riding his bicycle. the shooting happened near the boys and girls club on 19th street. no word on the victim's name or condition. we're told he was taken to st. joseph's hospital for treatment. this has become a routine scene in tampa hasn't it? we have seen it every year and seems like not much cock don considered another fee that would one day go toward replacing south tampa's drain system. it was shot down last year. as fox 13's kimberly kuizon says, it doesn't take much to create flooding. >> bayshore boulevard is one of the worse.
