polk county deputies are still looking for the man who killed another man during a sales transaction. polk deputies say blake fitez and with a man at this family dollar in lakeland sunday night. they were supposed to sell an undisclosed item-- they had advertised on a social media site. when the suspect showed up-- deputies say he snatched the item and ran. morrow jumped out of the car-- and announced he was armed. that's when deputies say the suspect pulled out his own gun-- and fired...shooting and killing morrow. sheriff grady judd says it's a frightening remind of the danger of selling anything to

other boys near st. joseph, minnesota. the man took jacob... no one ever saw him again. investigators recently got a break in the case... when they re-tested d-n-a from the sexual assault case of a different boy... and found it matched 53-year old danny heinrich. last week, they raided his home and found child pornography. as part of a plea deal on the pornography charge -- a deal which jacob's parents agreed to -- heinrich showed investigators where he buried jacob -- and admittedn to molesting him and killing him. for patty wetterling, it's closure...

a texas family all right, so a texas family gets a surprising phone call from an animal shelter.
