apartments. there is crime scene tape at the end of this parking lot and looks like a pretty good area that is core cordoned off here. this is the enter bay, and it is gated so we can't get inside to see exactly what's going on but you see the crime scene area from where we are standing right now. all tampa police are saying is they got a call around 4:00 in the afternoon saying t toddler was injured. they say the this point their investigation has revealed that the 17-month-old has died of a gunshot wound. they are conducting interviews right now, talking to the child's family member to find out what happened. but all of that is unclear right now. all that is on-going. all we know is that a 17-month-old child has died of a
