he has no weapon. >> that video prompted protestors to turn up the volume in charlotte. they continue to demand justice and transparency in the shooting death of keith scott. the 43-year-old was shot and killed by officers on tuesday. police say he had a gun and came toward them but his family insists he was unarmed. >> video his wife shot does little to prove either side is right or wrong. because of the police shooting of 43-year-old keith scott as his wife revealed no cell phone video showing tuesday's scene. >> protestors taking to the streets for the fourth straight night in a row in charlotte after a police-involved shooting earlier in the week. demonstrations were peaceful in stark contrast to wednesday night's riots.

river. this is tropical storm karl and you see karl has taken a northward turn over the past several hours. we are still waiting on it to make a northeast turn, 65 miles per hour winds, there is bermuda right there. not too far off from bermuda, they are already starting to see some of the outer rain bands, and it should start to turn to the northeast. it is taking that later on tonight should pass about 100 miles east of the island there before heading out to sea, and being absorbed by another system later on this weekend. we'll switch you over to the water vapor loop and you see the moisture sitting over the northern half of the state, this is the way it stays. and so here is the m future cas.
