teens they say stole her handicapped accessible van. the van was specially designed to transport her husband eric who is living with als. >> that was the only week we had that can transport eric. >> chapman says the couple has already had to cancel doctor's appointments because the van was damaged. >> the axles are ruined so the car -- it won't move anyway. >> 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl damaged the van what they appear to have taken it on a joyride. chapman dropped the keys in the driveway and it was gone the next morning. the damaged van was found at a home not far from chapman's and the police say the teens were trying to move the van again.
