any signs of rabies should immediately be reported to animal care and control. >> anchor: tonight we know what sparked the three alarm fire in tampa grocery store. we were there last night as firefighters dealt with this. flames at supercenter and east avenue. back out there tonight and i guess assess impact in the community. >> reporter: it sure does. a lotta store here. as you can imagine, it is a real disappointment for people who live close by. the fire marshal ruled this accidental saying it was caused by electrical malfunction about the kitchen. this was the scene last night after 9 p.m.. tipper rescue got 9-1-1 call. by the 18 they got here flames were shooting through the roof. it took hours of work and later check spraying down on the fire to put it out.

deputies have charged 37-year-old jarvis kendrick when the death of janice joy. it happened on september 2 when she was walking on the road. days later kendrick tried to stage an accident to cover up involvement. loved ones say they are relieved. >> man: you can run, you can hide, as long as you can try, but sooner or later they will get you. >> man: for the rest of his life he will think about the fact that he left that lady to while he fled to try to create a scheme to get away with it. while he did not. >> anchor: he was a husband, family, vice president of credit union. he's now in jail on $50,000 bound. >> anchor: a mother and daughter were injured on this road. consuelo chris donna and her
