this tragic case wrapped up is a classic example of crimestoppers working just the way it should, a tip pointed them in the direction of 71-year-old charley lewis and his truck. investigators went to his home and found the truck and lewis. investigators say he had been drinking at a party before he headed home and hit jessica enchautegui-otero and adam pennell. they were standing in the median after the woman crashed her car and flagged down the deputy for help. she was killed and he was seriously injured. >> he admitted to us that he was the one driving the vehicle, swerved off of the road and ran over and left for dead our deputy and jessica
