the judge said keep working on it. the jury told the judge they could not reach a decision on murder or manslaughter charges against ray tensing he killed the man in 2015. they have enough evidence to make a decision and keep deliberating. the jurors got the case on wednesday. and dozens of wildfires may have been arson. that's what the investigators some of the smoke from the fires has made it way to downtown atlanta. they are fueling fires in north carolina and georgia. and in north carolina several communities have been forced to evacuate. 100 firefighters firefighters hn deployed. >> take a look at what happened in minnesota. this is this morning a huge train came off the tracks and during allendale.
