will continue to honor veterans all weekend long providing free admission and discounted tickets. the veterans and their family members. a special program that starred in jacksonville is helping veterans with ptsd. they are giving service members the chance to bond with their new companions. it's no secret that spending time with a dog can be comforting but doctors are discovering spending time with dogs can help some veterans reduce their dependence on medications for post traumatic stress disorder. organization in jacksonville provides specially trained service dogs for vets with ptsd. founder sherry duval says the rescue dogs were put through special training then vets spend three weeks learning to work with their dogs and results. >> it's just like watching a blossom. you can see them come out of

this is the first time that the ferry was used to bring people over to amway arena for the lightning game. i can tell you we were on the st. pete side talking to people as they gotten on. we hit traffic. so the ferry might just be a better idea. so that cross bay ferry it debuted last week as a joint venture between the cities in tampa and st. pete. today the lightning bondinged out to show fans they have this new option. so far fans prefer it to driving. >> we would pay for this absolutely. i think it's cheaper than gas and the fun factor for the kids. we would do it again, no doubt. this trip over here to amway and back is free for those lightning fans. the ferry typically is $10 one way. right now it only runs on weekends. but by the end of the month it will start seven day service. all the information about this schedule and tickets is on their website cross bay

hy y16fy in a c-b-s "60 minutes" interview-- >> a cbs "60 minutes" interview president-elect donald trump is walking back one of his campaign promise ofs repealing and replacing obamacare. the change coming after the president-elect had what he described as a warm and friendly meeting with president obama. fox's garrett tenny has more. >> reporter: the reason so many of president obama's legacy is at stake is becae did over the last eight years was through executive orders and now just as easily as those were signed they can be shredded which is exactly what president-elect donald trump campaigned on. under the obama administration millions of udocumented immigrants have avoided deportation and received work permits. mr. trump has promised that practice will end once he takes office. climate change has also been a priority for president obama, and he's created many new regulations on energy

in 2015. officer tinsing was later fired. well, the judge has declared a mistrial when the jury said it was deadlocked after deliberating for some 25 hours. cincinnati's mayor and police chief say they understand why there's disappointment but expect any protests to be peaceful. prosecutors will decide whether or not to retry the case. tuesday night an early wednesday morning the markets went into a tailspin on speculation that donald trump might win th but they quickly recovered very quickly and not just recovered the markets soared. so let's take a look tonight at how the trump election may affect the financial sector sector. >> reporter: wall street is bullish on donald trump. stocks have soared to new records since his election, and the continued republican control of congress that assures at least some of his probusiness agenda can become law.

renner as well as amy adams from the filmmakers who brought you prisoners and -- this film on the surface seems like a movie you might have seen before but it's nowhere near. that one of the most mind-blowing endings i've seen in the threater in aening lorks long time. the idea behind this film is he teams up with amied a amps who easy a listeningist who's hired by the military to try and translate this communication that's happening between these spaceships and these aliens who have come down to eah. absolutely insane how the movie ends up amy adams is incredible as is jeremy renner. and i love the subtlety of the special effects it's not a very overly c.g.i. film obviously the salines and the spaceships are -- aliens and spaceships are done in c.g.i. i give the movie a 4.50 out of 5 and the ending will blow your mind you will not see it coming at all. next up is the film

it's opening up wider in other states this week. this film is an amazing story about mill red and richard loving. they were married originally they were from virginia. they went to washington, d.c. to get married because at that time they were not allowed to legally be married in the state of virginia interracial marriages were not allowed at that time. so they get married in d.c. go back to virginia. once they get back to virginia they get arrested and they're banned from being in virginia together for 25 years. mildred loving just didn't want to raise her family there. they go back to virginia i know it sounds like a lot but this led to a supreme court case which is a landmark case that changed marriage forever. it's a beautiful film directed by jeff nichols who did films like midnight special and mud. i love the performances michael shannon does a great job as the photographer and make sure you stay through the ending there's a great shot in the credits that

five. my only issue did it drag a little bit in the middle there were some slow sections but overall i'm so happy i saw it. a very, very important film that everyone should see. next up is the movie almost christmas starring danny glover, huge cast. you have monique and gabrooel union you have a family getting -- gabrielle union you have a family getting together without the mother. you find yourself emotionally sadat times but really laughing very it's because the cast has great chemistry. monique is fantastic. danny glover is great. he even has a line in the movie he says from the lethal weapon films any of the lethal weapons fans will be happy about that. overall i think it's a fun film to see with your family. it is pg-13 so again don't take the younger younger ones but it is a fun family film if you have older children. i gave it a 3.50 out of five. lots of great films.

chapel 47 up in brooksville. so certainly a bit of a cooler start twhan we've seen around here of late. weather headlines still warm, but pleasant. as we head into the day on sunday so temperatures still right around that 80? mark. front moving through monday. i think we'll see more clouds it with. i think we'll see cooler temperatures with it but little if any rain. we've now gone several weeks without any measurable rain in tampa. cooler and sunnier than as we head towards the middle of the week. daytime high in the mid-7 upper 40s to mid-50s current temperatures 70. 61 up in crystal river. 60? into panama city. 75 in key west, 75 down for new miami. across the country, pretty warmer than average weather going on with the one exception being across the midwest and out into the northeast. 39? right now in the nation's capital.

chicago. that's really the only cold weather right now. that starts to change though as we head towards later next week and on into next weekend. i think we start to shift that pattern a bit. you can see some moisture kind of continuing to stream in from the gulf. that's just high clouds no ryne threat out of that. but you can see some drying air to the north that will set up to move in as we head towards tuesday, especially wednesday, thursday, and friday. sitting over the area on tuesday. no rain. then as we head into monday starts to drag through as a front bring some thicker cloud cover along with it. starts to clear back through the area on tuesday and temperaturewise, again, we'll be pretty seasonable monday, and on into tuesday and wednesday. watch that cooler weather though back off to the west. finally start to make its presence at least across the plains as we head towards saturday maybe towards us as

tampa's lowry park zoo recently took in a young m zoo took in a young mantivity. it has a campaign going to create a manatee emo gee so they name the new calf emoji. yeah. getting rehab at the zoo he was orphaned got his name in honor of the zoo's petition. officials believe the calf is two weeks ago weighs about 66 pounds. isn't he cute. he was river. f.w.c. says he was found with debris and plastic bags in his stomach but he's doing much better now and we're glad of it. very cute. finally this hour, your mouth will water if you're anywhere near downtown st. pete this weekend. ribfest is back and we sent fox 13's mike benefitet to get a taste of what's -- bennett to get a taste of what's going on. >> all you need is tips.
