how one of the first mcdonald's ended up in tampa. >> we begin at 11:00 with a search to find a polk county inparticipatinmate who took offk replace program by stealing a county truck. what do we know about this guy, evan? and sounded like they had the dogs out and sounded like they might be close but just about a half hour ago, all of the law enforcement on baker drive just about a quarter mile from the escaped inmate's home, they all left and went somewhere else and i just texted with the public information officer and she said this search is still very much on-going and there nothing new to report as far as whether or not his status has changed but until about a half hour ago,

units going house to house and door to door. at one moment it is believed a dog picked up a scent and he was nearby but at this time it's still an on-going search. this is the man, 45, joseph flan begin, last seen at about fleet maintenance building in bartow. flanagin is said to have taken a white ford pickup truck but the truck has since been recovered but flanagin is still on the run. he was sentenced to 10 months in september for theft, so he was obviously several months into that time served. now, he has behaved well in jail and recently earned the right to spend his remaining time doing
