found suffering from malnutrition and injuries. and they are charged with 10 counts of abuse. they found the 17-year-old girl hiding in the woods on wednesday in winter haven. she was underweight losing her hair and. s from wounds that were two months old. she had been beat within a metal pipe and stabbed and whipped with a cable studded boots. the abuse had taken place over the past several months. the couple is being held in jail. a tampa man charged with murder after stabbing his father. the 23-year-old dam damian larry got into a fight. they found the older larry suffering from stab wounds and died at the hospital. the son is charged with murder. they have not said what they were fighting about.

investigate the dmv, this after our fox 13 investigation reveals the state has been selling records, your records, to third party companies and making a profit. fox 13 investigative reporter has been looking into this for months. what is the latest? >> senator bill nelson sent a letter to loretta lynch asking the department of justice to do an investigation into how the florida dmv has been selling the records in the era when they are causing damage to millions of families, the fact that the state is making a profit by selling personal information on the open market is unconscionable. the law makes records private and protected with a few exceptions. the state said it sells to companies to meet one of those but i discovered the state is not vetting the companies and

records. it puts links to the companies on the web site. companies that sell records for a few bucks online. we'll have that and what the dmv said. police make an arrest in a shooting that left a girl a 17-year-old is facing charges. he and another fired shots. it struck a 21 month old in the leg. she has been released from the hospital. a warrant has been issued for a second man in connectio with the shooting. police arrested a man for battery on a teenaged girl they think there could be more victims a 45-year-old is charged with three counts of sexual

she was 16 and police say he told her he was a massage therapist before he inappropriately touched her. police believe there could be more victims. if you have information, contact the police. the court system is helping veterans get back on their feet. vets had a chance to address issues in front of a hillsborough judge. small violations like fines and veterans unable to pay. that can result in the loss of a driver's license or the ability to qualify for programs. more than 60 veterans got their cases resolved by waving the fees or setting up plans. paving the way to get out of debt and back their licenses. >> and it is broken down i feel
