>> and in this initial reporting of the incident. >> it is clear, unfortunately, that deputy wagner lied and didn't tell the truth about what happened out there and that he used unnecessary force when he slamed her against the car. >> anchor: taylor at the time was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence. those charges were both later dropped. she would have faced 10 years in prison. deputy wagner was friday, fired after an internal investigation. he'd been with pinellas county. >> if you don't tell the truth, you don't work here. >> the case started when wagner pulled over the driver of the truck who was allegedly driving with the suspended license. the sheriff said he and taylor switched places in the car as to avoid getting caught. the rest of the story plays out in two different camera angles. >> quite frankly, in my opinion, and i believe ms.

dogs alerted to a specific area in this park and that is where deputies have spent the night digging. >> people stopping by green key beach friday night to get a glimpse of a beautiful sunset instead found a crime scene. >> the tip was that there's possibly a body out here. >> deputies say someone tipped new port richey police off to a possible body buried on green key. experts searched the beach and surrounding woods. deputies say cadaver dogs alerted to a specific area. in the hours before sunset, investigators along with a usf anthropologist began to dig, and meticulously sort through sand and soil. >> now we haven't found anything, but it's methodical search and it takes a while, so wheel be out here we'll be out here at least today

melissa and crispy teres chris . they found the teen hiding in the woods. doctors say she was about 20 pounds under weight, losing weight and scaps on her feet from wounds that appear to be at least two months old. she told deputies she was stabbed with a pocketknife, whipped with television cable and kicked with metal studded boots. she said the abuse had taken place over the past several months. an we told you about this time last night, the sheriff's office has found an arrested prisoner, deputies say he stole a truck and took off. before his escape, he only had a few months left on his sentence. now he faces additional charges of grand theft and escape. >> and tampa police have made an arrest in the shooting of a toddler at a public housing complex. officers say the 17-year-old

as he ran into the apartment. more than 15 shots were fired. one of the bullets hit 21 month old in the leg and she's going to be okay, thank goodness. police are still looking for another man in the shooting. and winterhaven police are looking for a killer tonight. lori smith heard shots ringing out a little after 1:00 this morning, and then heard a bang and this car had hit the building where she lives. jimmy rogers, jr. was driver's seat with a gunshot wowpped. he wound. he later died at the hospital. smith says she heard a man's voice and a voice of a woman who was very distraught. >> what was she saying? >> lori, lori, lori, and the other thing i heard her say was begging not to die. you know, hang on, hold on or something like that. >> winterhaven police say it appears that rogers was targeted, but as of right now, they have no suspects.

teacher is suing the city now saying shrapnel from an exploding toilet sent her to a hospital. ann burrson is a retired librarian. in 2012, she says she had justed and was washing her hands when the toilet exploded, sending shrapnel in her leg. she went to an e.r., but a week later, the wound became infected. she claims she was confined to a chair for six months. the now retired teacher blames the city of tarpon springs. changed the pressure on a water line. >> it made a big loud noise and the whole side of it blew out, little pieces of shrapnel all over the room. it was terrible. first of all it was my last year in my career, which i planned to be this spectacular, kids doing all kinds of fun stuff. >> burrson says the suit was filed years later because there were several details to work out with the court. the city declined comment.

that's moisture that will whip across the state. we may -- a 10% chance of a shower, then the front goes by and the winds will shift, and by sunday, you will know that a cold front has gone by. take a look at the temperature setup in the southeast. tampa 67, tallahassee 53, birmingham is 67, then behind the front, little rock 49, wichita 39. check out the 24-hour temperature change. compared to 10:00 last night. nothing of note east of the front, but west of the front, you're talking a 12 degree temperature drop, 22, minus 22 in dallas of 29 degree temperature drop in wichita, so that change is certainly heading our way. right now it's nice, you've got 50s and low 60s away from the water, you've got mid 60s around tampa bay. the weekend outlook, sunshine tomorrow, winds will come in off

the gulf, it will become windy during the day. we'll subtract 10 on sunday, 68, noticeably cooler, and i would not be surprised if on monday morning, some of our northern counties are like 38 to 43, so certainly the coldest weather so far this season. 67 dew .58, winds are light, north-northeast at 5. high pressure has been a constant feature in the southeast for the past several weeks. it will move away as the cold front dives to the south and behind the front, you the front goes by, high pressure builds in, and we start another stretch of very dry conditions. no rain in the forecast between now and probably at least the first couple of days of december, november will end up officially probably 1/100th of an inch of rain at tia. 38 in kansas city, 41 chicago, 61 columbus, 50 in columbia, south carolina.

five months. >> federal law requires states to protect your dmv records, not sell them. but our fox 13 investigation found the state made 150 millioned over the last two years, selling driving records to companies without really vetting them or knowing how the companies would use those records. senator bill nelson pointed to the evidence we dug up as he called for the u.s. department of justice to investigate. >> the fact that the state of florida would be selling driver's license, personal identification information to marketers, is not only unconscionable, but it may well be that it is illegal under a federal law that was passed in 1994. >> today he sent a letter to u.s. attorney general loretta lynch saying in the age of identity theft, it's unconscionable for the state to sell personal information on the
