"trevor dooley" has been behind bars... convicted of manslaughter: dooley dodged reporters as he walked out of the hillsborough jail thursday. a judge granted him a 100 ?thousand dollar bond wednesday. back in 20-10, dooley shot and killed another

dooley ?claimed self defense, but the jury didn't agree. he was sentenced to eight years in prison. but earlier this year, he was granted a ?new trial... because of some errors with jury instructions. dooley will be allowed to stay home, until that ?next trial date is set. eleven people in jacksonville are now safe... after they were held hostage during a bank robbery.. by a man from hillsborough county. it started around 11 yesterday morning at the community first credit union. deputies say a man tried to rob the bank at gun point... and then ?hostage when deputies arrived. two hostages managed to sneak out while the gunman was distracted. then, the swat team stormed in. the gunman -- 23-year-old nicholas humphrey -- is now in custody. and he has ties to the bay area. humphrey's was arrested in hillsborough county back in february for domestic violence. starting tonight... disney world is putting a new spin on the phrase, "dine and
