breaking news from miami. there has been a terribly violent situation just about five hours ago. we know at this time that two people have been killed, and up to ten, in all, shot, early this morning. now we don't have have word on suspects or a motive but police every saying there was a very large emotional crowd of people when crews got there on to the the scene. so, this all happened this morning in that community, it is at liberty city area in case you happen to be familiar with that area. >> right in the miami area. >> right in the miami area. twelfth avenue in the 60's. >> get more details on that one. also breaking news in nigeria, witnesses say islamic extremist have abduct 60 more girls and with man and 31 boys from village is a cross the country of nigeria. security forces denied kidnapping in which some villagers were allegedly killed. still trying to sort this out.

believe they have the rapist in custody with the victim's stolen i phone and bicycle seen here on surveillance locking to the pole, just before grabbing the woman. police also found the lock he is seen using. stolen phone signalled first at south eighth street home where at rested attacker lives over the weekend. police went back a second time at 5:00 o'clock last night but this time with a search warrant where they found the phone. police were also here at broad and christian street where they took in the first man and his bicycle, fitting both victims description in these two sketches, first wearing the hat he haddon and how he looked after he took it off during the the rape. police took in three others in handcuffs just to be sure from the same dress where the the phone was found plus a second bike when all four fit the description. hispanic man in his 20's, thin and short. they hoped for a confession but knew dna and fingerprints would seal their case.
