probably, not until wednesday, so we will get a couple of dry days, before we then get to deal with the rain. all right. that is enough. lets check the roads this morning. so far we have had a couple of accidents, to contend with, one in lower gwynedd township at mccain road and norristown road. fire police are directing traffic around the issue but please use caution there, mike. >> 7:02. rescuers back at it in ocean city, new jersey. looking for a 14 year-old boy. >> just such a scary situation. lets get down to ocean city where jenny joyce is, crews are back out there. so many people are swimming with these long days, late in the evening, as for the guards leaving and new we have a situation you are telling us about, jenny. >> reporter: life guards than are on duty until 5:30 p.m. we know this 13 year-old boy went missing before 7:00 p.m. looking live you can sea coast guard boats out here as well as police officers out the here on atv's going up and

down the shoreline here in ocean city. again, we have video of the coastguard boats just combing waters for any sign of this 13 year-old. police have been out here, walking up and down. unfortunately there is no news to report. the teen who was swept up by rip currents yesterday, again sometime before 7:00 p.m., he was apparently with friend. the entire group was tossed around in the ocean but the 14 year-old was only one that has not re-surfaced. we have talk to one woman out here at the time of the search and rescue last night. she was with her family including two of her children. she said she saw the mother of that 14 year-old out here last night during the frantic search. she cannot imagine what that family is going to. >> i just saw her pacing back and forth on the cell phone and police just keeping an eye on her. i can just imagine how craze he she would be going. she was, she had to be in his

ter i cans. >> reporter: shortly after we saw coastguard go we spotted coastguard helicopter out here searching from up above. back here live that boat we see is a state the police boat. so, that has been lured to this search and rescue efforts. again, coastguard boats have been out here since 5:30 this morning and when we talk to police up here on the boardwalk as more and more people are out here starting their day, they said unfortunately they had no news to report, mike and karen. >> when do life guards go off duty any ocean city, did you say 5:30. >> reporter: 5:30. it is 5:30. so sometime between 5:30 and before 7:00 is when that group of teens was swept off by the rip currents. somewhere we believe it is off of this jetty right over here. again, we're at ninth street beach. >> sometimes i wish life guards could stay on longer, it could be a money issue, i don't know. crews in philadelphia's

rhawnhurst section are repairing that. look at all that water. water main break, again, this incident happened at somerdale and shellmeyer avenue. thinks after midnight. the water department says the leak is now contain and no homes or businesses are in danger. apparently water service, was not disrupted much even though it is a big flow of water. >> reporter: suspect serial stalker is targeting woman in upper darby. police say he is praying on multiple victims who are home alone. >> someone following you home. you wake up. they are right there in the room with you. this is happening time and again in upper darby. what do we need to know, good morning to you. >> reporter: it has happened five times since april. three times in the last two weeks. it is happening in the specific neighborhood in upper darby, the stonehearst neighborhood. woman are down right scared. one woman taking matters into her own hands and chasing this creep off. now police say these home

invasions have have all occurred, within a five block area, they all happen late at night when woman are at sleep and home alone. police say late night intruder enters women's bedrooms sometimes wearing a surgical mask and in one case a woman was in fact fondled. latest occurred on friday night in the 7,000 block of clinton street. victim a five two-year old woman, she awoke to the man staring at her, a flashlight in her face but she fended him off with the baseball bat that she happens to keep by her bed and she chased him down the steps and out the front door. >> it seems as if he is targeting woman that there is no man around, you know, very vulnerable. >> i wouldn't want nothing to happen to the neighbor or kids up the street or my husband or my daughters. >> the inn intruder is a black

man in his early 20's, with a mustache, a goat tea and he has a gap between his front teeth. he may go by the name real. police believe that this man lives in the area, mike and karen. he is stalking woman. homes are unlock. a warning to people lock your doors and windows. then he somehow manager toes get in and makes his way into their bedrooms f anybody knows who this guy is, again, police think he may go by the name real, you should give upper darby police a call. >> somehow, if you are there by yourself you have to lock those doors and windows for sure. 7:07. police are searching for a driver of the pick up truck, older pick up truck, slammed into a man and then took off. >> well, we will not even show you this whole video because that is how disturbing it is. that is moments before he get slammed by that older model pickup truck. it is dark colored and heading west on the white horse pike at 10:30 saturday night. that is when the victim was

struck badly. he is in critical condition right now. that truck does appear to be that model ford pick up. if you know anything, call police. lets get out to chris murphy in the news room. is what going on, chris. >> a freak accident left a toddler dead in the philadelphia's brewerytown section. you guys heard of this over the weekend. witnesses say a 2,000-pound, steel gate depatched from the wall and crushed the girl. this is at a rita's water ice on saturday. police say the victim three is year-old winter larkin. she was with her mother during a fundraiser. witnesses say more than 20 people lift that had gate while someone performed cpr but it was just too late. the city's department of licenses and inspections is now investigating. still no sign of a woman wanted for brutal beating of another woman in sale he will, new jersey 256789 year-old tea harris is facing charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threats. police say that she is the woman seen in the video attacking another woman. this is that video. this happened right in front of the victim's two-year old

pistorius has resumed, in south africa after a month long recess, in which oscar pistorius was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. well, that evaluation is now in. a panel of mental health experts has concluded that oscar was not suffering from a mental illness when he killed his girlfriend reeva stein cam in his home last year. it came after a defense expert decided that he had a disorder that could have contributed to that shooting. twenty-seven year-old olympic sprinter shot reeva steenkamp on valentines day. he claims that he thought she was an intruder. she was in the bathroom. shot through the the bathroom door. supreme court is making decisions winding up the court session right now. a critical test for obama care today. they are about to release a decision that could strike down one of the law's most controversial requirements. it has connection toss our area as well. >> that is exactly right, doug luzader, how will this fall on you do you think. you know the court.

>> reporter: they called me in advance and let me know what the decisions will be. this is one of those deals that could go one way, the the other or right in the middle. how is that for hedging bets. the the supreme court, wait until the very event of their term today to release two pretty big decisions, one of which does deal with obama care. this is the decision day at the supreme court for a case that has pitted two private businesses against the will of the deeply divided congress. the affordable care act, obama care, go too far in providing free contraceptive coverage for employees even if it violates their deeply held religious beliefs. hobby lobby and conestoga woods specialties, both sued the federal government. arguing that obama care's fines would violate their rights and run companies out of business. >> that is exactly what the government wanted to do they created a system of fines that would financially punish and crush these businesses in

water. police have been out here walking the shoreline. they has had no news to report. the teen that was swept up before 7:00 p.m. was apparently with friends. the entire group was tossed around in the ocean but the 14 year-old has been the only one not re-surfaced. we talk to the woman out here at the time of the search and rescue last night. she was with her familiar liz including two children, she says that she cannot imagine what that family is going through. >> i did see the the two swimmers come out. they looked like they were shaken up quite a bit. i saw they had stretchers out, you know, waiting and we were just hoping there was a rest cue. >> reporter: shortly after we saw coastguard boat and coastguard helicopter out here searching from up above just up and down the shoreline

here. we know life guards go off-duty around 5:30 and this boy went miss something time before 7:00 last night. there was a the loft people on the beach and a lot of people on the boardwalk just watching those frantic moments take place. >> here we go again, we have to do this every year. how to fight off a rip current. we have been told the same thing over and over and over but it is always good to remind people. >> we had a rough weekend on saturday down the shore. it was a big concern a lot of people out there swimming after the guards go home. it can be a big problem. we want to tell people how they can swim if the situation arises because we will have a tropical storm this weekend possibly caitlin, and what do you do if you get stuck in the rip current. they say best advice is to swim parallel to the shore and try to fight it off that makes it worse. it is the way of the current of the ocean is to try to

signal for help as best as possible a void set is and anything where water tend to converge. that is where they are stronger. always swim within the the bound of where a life guard is. so that is what you are supposed to do. weather-wise we will get these updates from the national weather service every morning they do a surf forecast and they tell us the rip current risk which as part of the shore cast is in the low threat zone. they always say even though it is low you have to watch out in those areas like jetties and piers where they tend to converge. it is not supposed to be swimming there anyway with you it is a good idea to avoid it even in the low zone. as we head through rest of the week guys and we have potential to see very rough surf and ease sees: we might be seeing this rip current risk in the moderate and high. >> kip current is pushing you back out in the water so like you said, you want to, the current going out to sea. as you said swim perpendicular

well, she says she's ready to pack up her stuff and get out of the mom and dad's house. >> maybe just in time for fourth of july liberation day. let tell you the story. her name is diane stratton. she moved into the home back in march. family found her on craigs list. she helped out. all is well. work out great. then she stopped working. she complained she had health problems. family served her legal papers to start the eviction process because she wouldn't work and still needed someone to take care of the kids. she threatened to sue them back. now her attorney is saying that she can be out by the fourth of july. whether this happens or not remains to be seen but thinks a legal nightmare. >> explain this to me, she moves n was she being paid. they gave her a room. they gave her food. she's supposed to help with the food. >> they gave her room and board and said you will take care of our three kids make sure they are okay. then she just stopped working. she basically stayed in the room and said i'm not working anymore.
