burning, and smelling, because it was a live electric power line? this is a very, very populated development, right off route 70, which is only about 50 feet away from us, the barkley farm development right across the billing barkley towers, right next to the 295 ramps, a lot of people, are being stuck in the development, trying to get through, because you see they have it blocked off for safety reasons, but this is an example, maybe a little extreme example what we are seeing around the philadelphia area after we saw so many power lines and trees down. this being summer, trees are in full bloom like a sailboat with sales filing, that's why trees are more vulnerable to high winds than they were in the winter with just bear branches. that's why we had so many trees down here right at the peak of summer with all of the leaves, on the trees, right now, and so we had so many of them coming down. mike, this being good day, and we like to put little humerous twist on things, you will appreciate this. had that power line come down just few feet away towards the right where they are building the new house and hit that

saying, quote, with schools scheduled to open in less than two months, it is crucial that we secure the needed funding to support our student in school. no timetable for house consideration on this amended bill. nor any guarantees of final passage, we implore the house and senate to come to agreement immediately on this cigarette tax legislation, it does not include a sunset provision. and even if it does include a sunset provision, can you all get back together just for little bit and go, yes, ya, or nay? >> really? >> in this day and age (do we all have to have them come back physically? >> right, we can do so much on line. >> our big story since the weekend of course, we revisit that at 7:07. time line released by philadelphia fire officials showing an equipment response, to the fatal fire on gesner street after claims from residents that firefighters not act fast enough.

on scene preparing for rescues, 2:50, pipeline 40, equipped with water was on scene after leaving a car fire several blocks away. a third call there is time, from firefighter comes in. >> three, four years opened, infant, tragically killed, rumors of slow response time fueled anger in the community, officials say firefighters saw protocol, more heart broken than anyone else with open lines they couldn't save. >> they acted heroically, just couldn't save. but to criticize this department is not fair. it is not the fact. and that's what we're putting in front of you. >> people were very upset things got out of hand. three people were arrested. now, officials are hoping that was relief of this time line,

seconds. but some of the residents go they just don't trust, people don't trust city officials, whether it be firefighters or police officers. they say that could be doctored what say you? >> i say that the community was highly upset, a lot of emotions, everyone saw the protesters took place outside the firehouse, on monday evening. and i was just hoping that the protests would be more focused on making sure that a real investigation takes place to find out what exactly did occur, all who were responsible, responding, efficiently, and so far as that investigation is in evidence, hoping that it will be enough to satisfy the community. >> yes, but, also, it probably would help, i mean, we got to get to the truth, you know, i believe that three minutes and 49 seconds is accurate. i don't think it is doctored here, just my personal opinion. but if some community members
