the two aid workers infected with the ebola virus are expected to be released from the hospital. doctor kent bratly, nancy, infected while working at missionary clinic outside of liberia capitol. friends of doctor brantly says he has recovered fully from the ebola virus remember seeing him walk from the ambulance. more details, a couple of hours away. hospital is not saying if the two patients are still in their hospital or if they've already gone home. >> we'll see. >> breaking news out of temple this morning. >> learning details, yesterday move in day, saw so many students throughout ready to begin their college years, headed out to jenny joyce on campus this morning, jenny? >> well, good morning, kerrey, temple university says this attack is under investigation, and urges anyone with any information to call campus

safety. according to temple university, as students were getting settled on campus yesterday, a student was physically attacked, late wednesday afternoon, and included anti-semetic statements, and religious blurs, beyond, that we don't have any details of the actual attack or where it happened. the school released a statement saying, quote, temple university unequivocally, any person based on religion, nationality, the university will not tolerate violence every any kinds directed against members of the temple community. temple officials also say they've reached out to leaders of the temple jewish and pro palestinian communities, to discuss the issue, and figure out how best to move forward. >> name after baptist church, bamm baptist temple. jenny, another ambulance

kids are bringing in, they are bonified celebrities. the crowds have been record breaking brought to williamsport by this team. 34,000 fans packed the stadium last night for the game. vast majority of them, taney fans, of course, that's 10,000 more than the phillies game had last night hundreds of fans coming out some of them seven hours before the game started. tonight two inner city teams meet philly, chicago, taney manager, alex rice saying this is the match up he's been waiting for. i think great afternoon or evening tomorrow. woe sit next to the chicago coaches and kids, yes, should be great game. so looking forward to it. >> now, tonight, may not have as many taney fans in the stands. last night, today, tape

>> a male wearing gray hooded sweatshirt, camouflage type shorts, last seen running south on 21st street to 1500 block toward tasker street we don't have motive for the shooting at this time. real time crime city police cameras, that were at intersection, just several feet from where the shooting took place. so, hopefully these cameras recorded something that can help us identify the shooter of this 16 year old male who ended up being killed, shot. >> four blocks over on 25th, few blocks west on man ton in south philly rented 2014 jeep was parked, drivers window rolled down, and doors shut at the time open by police to take the young man out to the hospital. but never had a chance of a rolling down his window to be executed up close.

overnight protesters took to the streets again, not as many as before, but demonstrations were much more quiet, and smaller than they had been over the last few nights. ever since the shooting death of michael brown, of course. only six arrests were made last night. attorney general eric holder visited yesterday afternoon, he tried to ease tension by telling the community, about his own encounters with the police. specially when he was younger. eric holds err also met privately with michael brown's family, promise add thorough and fair investigation. >> people know federal, thorough investigation is being done. my hope is that that will have -- give people some agree of confidence. >> a grand jury has now taken up the case. but could take weeks to decide whether the officer involved in michael brown's death will face any charges. it is exactly 7:15. >> hey, knew. >> hey, watching ultimate doppler radar, with this

♪ what a nice morning. i got some rough news here. former major league pitcher and philadelphia phillie curt schilling has revealed he's battling mouth cancer, and he's blaming more than 30 years of chewing on tobacco. for a closer look at the disease, we brought in doctor gregory weinstein from the university of pennsylvania. doctor, good to see you. >> good to be here. >> explain to me again exactly what's mouth cancer? how does it manifest itself? >> the most common way of mouth cancer will present is with a painful leagues in the mouth or throat, it doesn't resolve, or lump in the neck. >> is that what ned. >> he had a lump in his neck. thousand first came to light. >> and another little father up in his mouth? >> not clear from the description he's given in his radio interview yesterday, the exact location, but his doctors in boston have said it is in his mouth. >> apparently he's been dealing with this for quite a while. you say you heard necessary

the ninth. well, some people were moved by the attorney's visit yesterday, attorney general holder's visit. others were not, in fact, some people are wondering why president obama has not made a trip to ferguson. it is what we're asking our guest in the morning, here, now, the university of pennsylvania, professor, chad lassiter, good to see you. >> good morning, mike. >> pleasure. and the chair of the as sociology and criminal justice department over at lasalle university where they go back to school today, doctor charles gallagher. good to see you again. eric holder, should our national attorney general be in ferguson? >> i think our national attorney general needs to be in ferguson, given the civil unrest. and given the military occupied police force, that's actually been in ferguson causing some of the unrest. >> you think that's exacerbating the problem? >> no, we need calm in ferguson, simply because it was peaceful protest and the police actually added to the

agitation. so i think that the president needed to do something. and i think the president, not at this point, in time, but initially, when first transpired, the president needed to be there. >> really? >> yes, the president need to be there simply because this is something that's been out of control, in america democracy as we talk about police being occupied, terrorist i can force in america. >> any time there is arrays story, why does the president have to -- just because he is black? has to go fixing it? >> larger story. i think the president and people say speaking softly, i think he's wig perking to the point of being mute. the president has been basically, i think, just not present. and i think the second thing is that symbolically the president should be there. more than that, a lot of what has happened, has come at federal policy. this is from broken windows, police saying to stop and frisk have all created conditions. >> explain broken windows, where you stop somebody from doing minor thing like stealing cigarettes, something? >> smallest infraction, zero tolerance, gave way to stop and frisk. that is drag yet. young black man, dragnet.

in ferguson. >> also symbolic. this is the wormed. >> this suings the bully pulpit. this is getting onto soap boxing. these american citizens. also the president could demilitarize the situation. do you need a swat team? do you need helicopters and bradley tanks? >> tear gas? >> leave the bully in the pulpit. >> what about the governor, nixon, of miss youry? >> where we have military force, it is called national guard. we sent in, i mean, what's happening, do we really need this in the town of 22,000 people? and i would say. no all this does exacerbate the situation. >> also can have a conversation, raised dialogue conversation at 86% of that is african-american, and 68% to 70% of the police force are white. he can also look at the way that things are being done as it relates to un arm black males in american democracy, vis-a-vis my brother's keeper. >> but the president, doesn't very to find out what really happened first before he goes flying to ferguson, miss youry? >> i has people around him that can give him that date a

the attorney general, the police reports can give them that data. >> what happens, the situation, the shooting it serbs of course you want to make sure you get good information, but social scientists know the conditions that lead to this. constant over reach by the police. you have a poor and black community, that is basically under a white power structure. they have no representation on the school board, on city council. things matter. >> don't the citizens of ferguson have to go to the polls and vote in their council people? >> absolutely. responsible, imagine, being poor, and constantly having to move apartment to apartment. people are disenfranchised because they're poor. >> so when you look at attorney general holder he is bringing some sense of callment. we also have effective coalition on every sign of the color line. we have human rights organizations there, aclu individuals there, our very own colleague mark lamont hill is there. the amazing thing about effective coalition on the side of the color lines, people can speak back to the
