it, one of our twitter formers saying it is game day, i have my outfit on, ready to go, i'm so excited. kick off not for five hours, but doesn't matter. eagles are playing in town at 1:00 down at lincoln financial field. i think we'll see all of the fog bush off by then. so looking at clouds breaking for some sunshine, 78 degrees, and when you step outside, you will notice the fog, but also the humidity, it is warm outside right now, it will be warm as you head into the afternoon. so 78 at kick off, rising into the 80s through the rest of the game. that will be hot out at the stadium with the sun beating on your head. bigger story is the visibility. very low, some places, especially, out west, down to less than a mile in reading, down to less than half mile in lancaster. further southward, patchy, 5 miles visibility in philadelphia. no too dense there, down along the coast, worse up in north jersey, down to less than a mile in wrightstown, 5-mile visibility in atlantic city. not so bad there. kinds of just more of the low-lying areas. temperatures are mainly in the 50's and the 60s, little humid, milder today, 68 in

reports of gunfire happening at the epi-center of the manhunt where police are looking for frein. we were able to make our way directly to that area, here is cell phone video we shot, it is dark, but what my photographer and i saw, state troopers, guns drawn lined their vehicles we didn't here gun shuts, but this was the middle of the night, very, very heavy police presence concentrated in the one area. at the time they appeared to be focused on one home. now, people here basically have been prisoners in their houses for days, the only thing they real had i access to is social media. they're following this manhunt closely on twitter, on facebook i have had people tweet at me asking for updates from the scene. early this morning, somebody was tweeting during the time that we heard those reports of the un confirm gunshots, somebody tweet that they actually heard gunfire in their backyard. other users of course urging that person to call state police. now, emergency services are also talking to locals on facebook responding to questions, about information, a page from pike county we

were looking at, directly responding to residents with information. you got to remember, these are locals talking to locals. >> this manhunt is personal. people recognize frein from town, many know the officers who are risking their lives to find this accused cop killer. now, back here live, i want to show you on my phone, if you can see that, these are the tweets i was talking b somebody last night tweet that they actually heard gunfire happening in their backyard, other users getting in touch, urging that person to call 911, call state troopers, report what they are hearing, but again, this is how people are talking about and venting and report wag they're seeing and hearing. guys, it is all happening in real time. that is the very latest here in monroe county, back to you. >> all right, sabina, thanks. so much news happening right now. we have hundreds of nurses on strike this minute. this is live look right now at crozer-chester hospital in delaware county. they've just walked out within the hour. you can see them picketing right there. the main issues, cuts in their pay, benefits, and staffing,

tweet in the. >> for today, it is kind of gloomy out there to start. we have a loft fog, not as dense down the shore, but in wildwood you will be battling morning clouds, even possibly seeing a shower or two. but into the afternoon, the mile weather returns, the sun breaks out, we'll see high temperature of 80 degrees. and your local radar still showing a loft clouds out there, especially right overhead in philadelphia, low visibility because of some of the fog, no rain coming out of the clouds. fox future case, going through the paces today, does show the chance for showers probably in north jersey, but by 1:00 o'clock, kick off time here in philly, those clouds break up. we see some sunshine, so the game itself should be dry, with sun, and warming up. it is humid out there right now. it will start to feel pretty sticky. hot afternoon out at the football game. by this evening, cold front comes through, will bring us chance of showers. so 84 today out ahead of the colds front, fog giving way to afternoon sun, evening shower, breezy, cooler, drier tomorrow, only 73 degrees, of course fall begins tomorrow night. it will feel pretty fall like at least for couple of days

>> me neither. >> so good luck to all of you. but the good news is we'll see better weather through the afternoon. but it is warm, so for people sick of the summer weather unfortunately you have one more day with the warmth and the humidity. hey, one of our viewers is in the philadelphia area. she tweeted me earlier this week, want to go know about a cross country meet, this is sunday at 1:00 in fairmount park. we love fairmount park, beautiful part of philadelphia. and i think for whatever activities you have later today, with the kids, you know, it is all about cross country, soccer, football, everything. and it is going to be warm. so the kids will be fine in their shorts, t-shirts, 78 by 1:00 p.m., partly sunny skies, we quickly rise to the 80s here in philadelphia, 84 will be that high temperature, by 4:00. with some more sunshine. that's a look locally. let's check the visibilities right now. pretty low, especially out toward our west, visibility less than a mile in reading, less than half mile down in lancaster, 3 miles in mount pocono, 5 miles in philadelphia, this is isn't overly dense, but enough of the low hanging haze to make it look not so nice outside. further south down to half

mile visibility in atlantic city, they just dropped, so along the coast it is easy, to see all of the clouds and fog collect. that's what we're seeing right now. sixty-two in allentown, 606 in pottstown, 68 in philadelphia, and 67 in millville. it is only 70 in wildwood. warm start to the irish festival day two down there. kick off forecast for the eagles, partly sunny, warm, 78 degrees, is the beginning temperature, i think will be a real warm day out there. so dress for t with that sun breaking out, beating done on you, temperatures to the 80s, will feet quite hot. eighty-four with the fog burning off, sunshine, later tonight, cold front comes through, we could see few showers, other than that, you will notice the temperatures drop pretty dramatically for monday, we will have that coming up in your seven day forecast. a philadelphia school district needs a lot of help, needs a shot in the arm to help with the $84 million deficit. have our kids suck sees they had school year. some could come from our state smokers, state representatives expected to be voting on a bill tomorrow to let the city of philadelphia impose

2-dollar per pack cigarette tax. without that help, the district is talking about more layoffs, even larger class sizes. joining us now, one of the people who knows all of the in's, outs, what happens with the district, christian gram from the philadelphia inquirer. good morning, kristin. >> good morning, karen. >> let's start right off the bat. what are the kids already doing without with this money situation that we're dealing with? >> the under irritation, schools have been cleaned less often, less money for number every things, transportation on the table, that's been taken off the table, but students are certainly feeling the pinch. >> so many of our parents just throw up their hands, don't know what to do. let's take a list friend one of our viewers that sent us this question. >> i have concerns with the school district of philadelphia and its financial status. right now, we are in the $81 million deficit. >> so, kristin, given that, we have this huge hole with the money watch do we do? what's going to happen if we

don't have the cigarette tax passed? >> doctor said there is no plan b. one possibility employees, teachers, and class size, 31 i believe in most schools, but hite has said that's something not acceptable, students with that layer of funding, and not sure it will happen. >> our viewer also has a lot more to say about this one. lets guess to this comment. >> our students are unable to receive a quality education in the system, as it is our lack of funding, as a result of the lack of staff, over the last five years, thousands and thousands of staff members have been laid off, people have lost their jobs, educators who we rely onto teach our children, it is unfortunate that we -- that the management of our funds is what is really the concern, it
