that is why schools up here are closed again for a fourth day and that is because school leaders decide that had police lifted the order but they say it will be up to the school people to decide. that school people thought hey better keep our kids home and safe, rather than risk them with this guy still out there and, they don't want, people up here, not living their lives and that is why they said they lift that had ban but they don't think frein is out to harm any homeowners or school kids but just after state police and they think he has long held grudge against law enforcement for some reason but until he is caught or people up here say getting back to living normal lives won't be happening until he is either killed or captured and they hope that happens real soon but right now, it is day ten and count new york guy, alex and mike. >> and day four and counting that the schools won't be in session in that school. my goodness. two people are dead and dozens of others are recovering after a bus crash this delaware yesterday. delaware state police say the

o makes sure we are smart about it when it comes to using our cell phones. a lot of people are doing this. >> it is call tap and pay. if you needed anymore proof alex and mike, it is apple's world and we are just living in it. this is it. this will be big, guys. really big. here's what is going on. there has been a fight to replace your wallet, your credit cards, your cash, your debit cards with a tap and pay solution. there has been a few up until now but none of caught on. this one will be big for three different reasons. first, you'll see that apple already has 800 million i tune accounts with credit cards attached to them. that will help. secondly very cleverly in two weeks, 220 merchants will accept apple pay, the the so-called tap and pay. and finally it looks like they have figure out some solutions around security, as they say, it is almost hacker proof but we will talk about some ways to make it even safer and some
8:17 am
do's and don't's and maybe even save you some money all right, lets do it. >> so here's a couple things to think about. first, this is big, it is coming when like it or not. my guess is your kids will start using it and you will start using it real quickly. first thing, never store your credit card fur or pass words in your smart phone, all right. we all want to do that. in the scratch pad or notebook section don't put your pass words. we have talk about this before, never link your debit card account to your other bank accounts. if someone is able to hack in your debit card you dent want them at your savings account or home equity loan. last thing you want is a hacker going to disney world on your identity. that is a bad thing. two more things clean the personal date a if you trade in your phone like millions of people are doing this week by the way for the new iphone. swipe that. hit the the factory reset button, right, and then, finally look for those discounts. this is is what i'm excited about. do you use this tap and pay
8:18 am
now at star bucks by chance. >> i have not but i see people doing it all the timey just did it this morning. look for these discounts. every 12 cup of coffee next one free. you will see more and more merchants offer these discount to use tap and pay because it is cheaper for them to process that transaction as well. that is what i'm excited about from a consume are point of view. people will save monday if i they do this in a very smart way a lot of people are wondering do you have to have an iphone six. i have the 4s. i can still do it. it doesn't matter which phone you have or does it. >> with the four you will not be able to use apple pay. you can use star bucks application or pay pal, mr. is some that you can use. but you if you want the full benefit of the new product you can only use that with the new phone. >> you said over 200,000 stores, companies. >> can you imagine in two weeks time there will be 220,000 including mcdonald's, macy's and others.
8:19 am
>> where we go. >> every where you go. >> here's what is cool instead of swiping, putting in pass words that is so old fashion now all you have to do is put your fingerprint on it, feel a vibration, boom, it is paid for. >> i'm staying around for naked dating. >> you want to see something. >> that is how i met my wife and she married me anyway. >> i'll be darn. >> short story thanks, dan. >> 8:19. how adorable are these suckers. >> we will were talking about iphone six. folks at square trade with extended protection plans put them to the test. they were rang on the scale of one to ten. iphone six scored a four. i phone six plus scored a 56789 it loss pound because it could slip out of the person's hand since it is so big. someone told me it is like having an i pad mini the six plus. >> it is big. >> very big. >> we saw first guy buy tonight australia, he dropped it, first thing, winning ticket out of the box.
8:20 am
>> too big to fit in your hand. >> four is in the very good for dura built, if we drop it, for this level will it survive. >> my dad says iphonies kind of with a crack screen because you will get it. >> i see a lot of people with cracked screens. >> still ahead before packing those lunches this morning for the kids there is a big recall on a favorite snack, why you should be double-checking, that bag of m and m's. but first proposal sale, lesson learn of how it is not a perfect place to pop a question. how this man learn the hard way, oh, man. >> in way.

8:26 am
now some are saying that it is fake. >> they reached out to the people and asked if they ever found the ring but they never heard back. >> he went right in after wards. >> that was pretty good acting. >> rethinking his decision. >> they got married about two weeks after their wedding. we all went on a canoe trip where you paddle, down. >> yes. >> so, they hit some rapid, the canoe flips and they are new wedding ring flipped off. >> aren't you supposed to take that off, sometimes women leave it at home. my mother will fake one or cheap one and that way she's still wearing her ring but not the fancy ring. that way you don't feel bad when something happens. >> they are still married though. >> still ahead my goodness, i just, she is, she looks great on gotham.
