turned a gun on his classmates. a classmate says the shooter had just gotten into several fight at school and broken one his girlfriend he played football wasn't as crowned homecoming freshman prince. >> this morning's cover story outrage after a second high school football season comes to an end. the reason, hazing allegations on thursday, school officials cancelled the remaining two football games at central bucks high school west. both parents and students turned to social media. you can see the comments scrolling on the bottom of your screen. you may recall a few weeks ago the football season at sayreville in new jersey also ended over a hazing investigation. joining us now on skype, karen weaver, professor drexel, tell us your thoughts on this. >> i'll tell you unfortunately it's happening more frequently because it makes the news. and that seems to alert people that there is a problem in the culture of the teen. i think it's really wise that

seriously than that. some allegation if proven to be true are troubling i wouldn't want my son or daughter to go through sglat when i spoke to some of the students about this and covered the story some are saying it's initiation into sports and maybe the kids got carried away with it. do you think that's a little what happened here? >> i would like to see us replace the word initiation with team bonding. i think what happens here they were trying to create a team bonding exercise that just got out of control. and they need structure just like most young adults do. >> for the people saying the coaches maybe should not get roped into this they're not always in the locker rooms and don't always know what is going on what do you say about that? >> there is some culpability on coaches. but you're right, young adults do tend to acts open their own at times and the things that is interesting about this is that central bucks west had a very specific code of conduct that each one of those students signed. i think they have to learn to apply pier pressure and say this is not a good culture for us to

>> i'm bruce gordon hundreds gathered in north philadelphia for funeral of 23-year-old kyrell tyler. known as a local biker with a hunl following. tyler was shot and killed last week and laid to rest tuesday. when the funeral ended, friends and family took to the streets. weaving their motorcycles, dirt bikes and atvs in and out of traffic from north philly to west in a memorial ride of sorts. the noise was deafening as the bikers blew through red lights, popped wheelies and weaved in and out of rush hour traffic. we heard complaints from frustrated drivers and delivery men trying to get home.

philly police looked on and did something to chase the mayhem. that's because chasing after motorcycles never really end well. this is what drives folks crazy about living in the city. seems everywhere they look folks are thumbing nose at common courtsey or in this case the law. memorials are great. is it too much to ask? how is your actions impacting other folks? endangering pedestrian, scratching cars or risking accidents? if so rethink what you're doing. these days we like to think about our rights and doing our own think but rarely spend time thinking about responsibilities and how our actions might blame others. i don't believe the police we would be hammering if they chased down a road biker and someone got hurt in the process. so this chaos take place on our city seats and folks who lived here for a while want peace and squiet and respect from neighbors and say to themselves why am i living here? only in philly.

>> your news now shooting in philadelphia fairhill section. this morning police are looking for the gunman. this happened midnight north 4 and indiana street. two people were shot. 25-year-old man was killed and 20-year-old man is in the hospital in stable condition. a teenage boy remains in the hospital this morning following a shooting in philadelphia's northern liberties neighborhood around 9:00 last night 600 block of fairmont avenue the teen is in critical and stable condition. more than 6 weeks later and there is still no sign ever the man accused of shooting and killing a pennsylvania state trooper. the search for eric frein continues. meantime a man in monroe county facing charges because police say he lied to investigators by saying that frein had asked him for a fake id to enterer canada. people have been buzzing about this all over social media. has it been almost two months since frein was seen in the woods. when is the time to think the

guy is not in the woods. the hart harder psp looks for eric frein the less they find him. try backing off might make him feel comfortable and make mistakes this is not working. >> we want to get a better perspective of what is happening behind the scenes in the search for eric frein. what's your perspective on this, dave. >> really this say complicated long, drawn out situation up there and it's taken a lot of resources and cost millions of dollars, $10 million at this point what we understand. listen i have to say this. state police are determined to get this guy and the energy up there is still full force. there's a lot of troopers up there working 12 hour shifts some 8 hour shifts things like that but around the clock searching that thing. can't tell how much intel they have on where he really is at this point. we'll find that out as the leaves come off the trees and weather get colder his chances of surviving diminish quickly.

there. you can understand why that would be. these folks are six weeks now with the search going on. police running through their neighborhood, looking for the guy and fear he could pop "outdoors in the heartland" of the woods potentially and be there in their yard. people spotted him and told police about it right away. he was near a foingt office the other way a woman thought she spotted him by a truck nearby. there's always that possibility and school closing every once in a while this past week they closed once and parents are edgy about sending their kids to school. does he show up aat a school. that kind of situation. there's a lot of nerves going on up there. we talked to a lot of folks. you can really understand where they're at especially moms they're worried about the kids. i talked to a mom the other day has four kids in school up there and she's deeply concerned about her children going to school. she said one her children was actually crying one day saying he didn't want to go he's going to get me. those kinds of things are going on. parents have to deal with that too. there's a lot in that area right now. >> as any parent would be you

that currency agreement they're already in. so it will be interesting to see. i mean if i know apple like i know apple i think they'll probably end up whipping this one. >> i think also it will appeal to a lot of consumers and it's security issue that the stores like target of the world no longer have my credit cards and it's on my phone. the security with me. they don't have access toss it. >> absolutely and apple doesn't even have your information. what they do is when you scan your credit card number in they give it a unique officer so they have no knowledge of your credit card information, name, they don't know what you're buying at the stores you use apple pay to shop in. that extra layer of security is really going to appeal to a lot of people. >> now we have had reports we got one tweet comes to us from elizabeth she's concerned about security she says i signed up for apple pay last night and had $1,000 of fraudulent charges by the time i got to work this morning. what do you think happened in that case. >> wow that's really, really interesting. i'm not sure. if she went to a store to try to

use apple pay it could have been that the monitor there or receiver there was not working properly maybe she tapped more times than needed to to pay for something. that is about the only way right now that people are seeing any sort of fraudulent or mistaken charges on the phone. we have not heard anything yet about hakz or anything like that. again the folks at the store don't have your credit card information. it would be impossible for something to happen on that end. >> people even if they steal your phone why can't they steal my money even if they take my phone. >> well because you can wipe your phone. you can use the find my iphone, wipe it clean, won't have it. again the credit card number on your credit card is not stored on the phone. there would be no way to hack into the phone or operating system or anything like that to get the credit card number. >> they need your thumb print. okay. thank you so much. stephanie. we appreciate your insight. thank you sgloch all righty.
