for all of the criticism, the pennsylvania gaming control board has gotten before anything is even announced this afternoon one thing they cannot be criticized for is taking their good old time because they looked at these four proposals back in january and now ten moist later, maybe a decision, maybe even a fifth surprise decision to not even decide meaning there are already enough casinos in and around philadelphia. revenues are going down. maybe we already have enough. that would make folks in south philadelphia don't want one in their neighborhood real happy. >> my concern is that the politicians are going to shove this down our throats then they need to shove it down where it will not affect our community and they could do that in other areas or down by delaware avenue. it doesn't need to be in our community neighborhoods. >> south philadelphia has enough. we have enough. enough is enough. we deal with sports complexes. it is enough. we're not a dumping ground.

workers of america are gathering to talk about how to improve safety for its workers. >> this comes as a new jersey department of children and families caseworker is in critical condition stabbed 21 times by someone that she once tried to help. police say it was just after 1:00 when a mentally ill woman walk in the building in camden. she allegedly went up to the fourth floor and stabbed a caseworker with the stake knife. another co-worker stopped the attack. police say the victim was a caseworker for the suspect however, that does not appear to be a motive. >> the the suspect in this has a history of mental illness. there is no real logical reason as to why this occurred. there was nothing that triggered or provoked this other than the suspect went in there and when she saw the caseworker, immediately began stabbing her. >> the family is traumatized. but they are holding it together. >> union representing the caseworker says at salt comes # days after the last armed police office's signed to these offices were eliminated

accident. one of the construction signs blew into the roadway this tractor trailer whacked into it and puncture the fuel tank. so southbound on the northeast extension we have a 7-mile backup, talk about a double jelly doughnut delay there from lansdale all the way down to mid county, folks have been sitting, for a 7-mile stretch stopped dead in the water. best bet, route 309 is the best alternate stepping out the front door and another accident this one on the atlantic city expressway coming in towards philadelphia, right before you hit route 73, late running construction still outside on the turp pike near downingtown septa having a rough go. you know, the trains are not taken kindly to this cold weather we had delays all morning long. minor delays still with us on the doylestown and chestnut hill west regional rail line is there your travel times, eastbound schuylkill about 24 minutes with sun glare. no complaints. feels good. southbound i-95 just over a half an hour from northeast
