>> french newspaper, now alert, terror alert to its highest level. president right there on the right side of the screen, calling, the shooting a terrorist attack. several other terror attacks have been thwarted in recent weeks, that's what the president says, but this one was not thwarted. a witness told a local news network in france, that he saw multiple mask men with automatic weapons and you can see the bullet riddled police cars there, you can tell automatic weapons. also the french president says several terror attempts were stopped in the recent weeks, as i just mentioned. >> that is also why the police were involved in this situation. and that's why because this office has been threaten, several times that's why it was protected. as we know, some police officers were injured in this

in bucks county under investigation. >> this thing was brutal to fight. it was so cold. fire broke out just before 10:30 last night on curly mill road in sham font. >> and police are trying to figure out if icy roads played a role, happened shortly after 9:00 last night on the 6700 block of north broad street. police say the driver of this silver lexus crashed into a tree. the 53 year old victim was pronounced dead on the scene. >> and, another accident last night in center city. >> this one on walnut st. car slammed into this building at 24th and walnut, right around 6:00. you can see the damage that was left behind. police tell us, an amazingly, no one was hurt, in this accident. city inspectors checking the build to go make sure it is structurally sound. and a man is punched kicked, hit with a trash can while walking on a street in fishtown. >> yes, now police are turning to you for help in finding the culprit.

>> jenny keeps telling us, the video pretty darn clear, in black and white but if you know this guy i think would you recognize him. >> yes, that's what police are hoping you take a close look at this video mike, as you said, it is clear, you will see two people in the video there, one in particular, that police believe is a suspect in this attack on a 28 year old man. it happened on december 20th at about 1:30 in the morning apparently this man was just walking home 1:30 in the morning, three men, 18 years old approached him. apparently words were exchanged then police say the suspect punched kicked and hit the victim with a trash can. the surround vale vince yesterday yo shows one of the suspect outside the house on the block. they say they've received complaints about the house. they don't believe the suspect live there probably just hang out there neighbors concerned, they say the area is pretty nice. they've never real had i any issues. >> it is unfortunate, shock being, because i do walk around this neighborhood a lot by myself and my sister lives
