half hour i did talk to spokesperson with the philadelphia water department. he told us actually watching our newscast in the last half hour, alex, he heard you ask how much water has spewed out so far. he said at this point it is hard to tell. what we do know there is water has been shooting out of here for at least the last 12 hours. the philadelphia water department was notified of this broken pipe around 7:00 last night. crews worked through midnight to try to get the water turned off. clearly, they didn't have any luck. the spokesperson told me that the challenge in this situation is that it is not a city main in the middle of the street. it is a private line of water connected to a private building, for the sole purpose of extinguish ago fire on the property. city water department doesn't necessarily have the utility layout for private properties, and at this point, they've not been able to find the right valve to turn this water off. >> we believe this is fire service connection, not water main supplying water, so no loss of water at this time. we're out here work to go try and get this is isolated.

easier when we show you them. the other company not bankrupt, if you're wondering first, is harrah's on the marina, where they are really investing money, got the new entertainment complex there, and whole new meeting center there. that's why the people here at bally's and ceasar's are all jealous that ceasar's seems to be investing more in the marina than on the boardwalk. if you remember your monopoly game as kids there is one is the nicest most expensive property on the monopoly board because bally's is located at the boardwalk and park place. remember when you landed on that, if you didn't own it you had to pay the most money unfortunately even though this was the prime spot when the casinos started here, bally's the top earner for decades, number two after borgota opened, hasn't been doing well since 2009. so bad ceo came out publicly recently and said we need to make more money in or else. that's the situation right now. so ceasar's anibal i's now bankrupt, but still open, and

the ceo wanted us to emphasize everything's open. and even this weekend they got the -- we had this one guy on few month ago, when the trump plaza closed. he is one every these guys who collect chips from every casino in the world. >> everything is open, and as we know from the taj mahal being bankrupt, still open, bankruptcy does not mean closed or closing. however, atlantic city mayor said recently he had so some information a fifth casino would close in 2015. he described it without naming it. everybody said hey he is talking about bally's, so the people at bally's are extra worried, because they have this bankruptcy thing, they heard what the mayor said. they heard what the ceo said in october that they need to make more money. you can see right now, there is not exactly crowds of people running in there. i know it is early in the morning, but this is real a ghosttown. this is the nights he is weather we've had here. pretty beautiful morning.

what we call the airport cam? wonderful can see the accident from that camera? >> see it in it entirety, but look at the firefighters get to go work. >> what will happen, anyone that's moving thereto your right, they're being pushed to that inner drive. so they have a flight, and they're trying get to the airport, they have to go down to the next exit, which is ridley, and turn around, and you know you're probably panicking, oh, my gosh, what time is it, there is an accident, i'm running late. >> here is a different camera. can't see the accident, but see traffic starting to slow down there. >> seems like the accident would be to the left of this picture, don't you think? >> actually see guys trying, again, pushing everybody over to the left. which would be coming toward us. peaking right through the -- >> man, it is stacking up, isn't it? >> not too bad. still flowing in the center lane. >> but look at the cars there. >> again, anybody headed south will be pushed instead of six lanes pushed over to the far left, the threw center lanes. but that's what happened. one of those guys made a last

at the end of the storm, once it is passed us early monday morning, maybe getting some colder air in here, maybe little bit of snow on martin luther king day itself early in the morning, maybe about 7:00, 8:00. and seeing if it will stick around after that. early call on that storm, we'll see what happens. meanwhile, compared to yesterday at this time, temperatures are eight, 14, 12 degrees milder than they were. so, it is still cold. but just not as cold, a it was yesterday. how are the temperatures? 16 degrees in mount pocono. it is 30 here in the city. , 27 in reading, and 27 degrees in trenton. thirty-four in millville. twenty-nine in dover. wind are not extreme, and they are start to go shift from the northwest to the west. so it, won't be quite as cold as yesterday. yesterday high was 32, today our high is 37. , 38 degrees tomorrow, so similar to today, but the winds will be picking up quite

pushed in. so basically going from six lanes to three lanes. and there you go. there is the vehicle that's upside down, that was involved in the crash, the red vehicle, the second one involved, what's good, looks like the driver of the red vehicle walking around talking to the troopers there. i believe the driver of the black suv there, that is on its roof, he was taken away in a rescue squad. what they'll try do here is upright that car, that's why the tow truck is there, and then once we get it uprighted, we will be able to get it on a flatbed, and get it out of there. you see, these guys, they got to take almost like steel cables there and flip it back over, and that's the reason why the roadway is closed. because if that guy has got full tank of gas or looks like he got an audi there, zooming in on the license plate, shunting doing that, but anyway, southbound lanes of 95. if you are going to the airport that's the exit for the airport. so knowing i go through this

area pretty much every day, this is also the same area where those little commuter flights, you know, come in, and kind of lands, almost you can feel you can reach up and touch the wheels of the vehicle. so, anyone coming south on 95, if you're distracted, trying to get to the airport, like oh, my gosh, there is the exit. and very quickly move over to the right side of the roadway there. that could have been the reason for the accident. but nonetheless, south 95, stack up from the girard point double decker, down to the airport, if you are going to the airport right now, exit for bartrum or island, as -- they're zooming in on the tag what the state police try to do. green license plate tag there -- >> i don't know. >> out of state? >> maybe rental vehicle? you know, headed to the airport there? >> massachusetts? >> i don't know. >> connecticut?
