they new their injuries, number one, sent back into the ring by management of wwe. if they don't go back into the ring the consequences they don't have a job cte, more recent phenomenon, people know you get hit in the head, you get headaches, but the continued blows to the head could can cause cte, which we now know, you know, is a condition which can lead to depression, suicide. >> this comes from jeremy, i'm sick every these guys filing lawsuits when they new the risks of when they took it, and shows the career either shut up or take a desk job. as a week has gone on, have you gotten more phonecalls from more wrestlers want to go join your case? >> oh, yes.

cold up there. >> it is the truth. >> tracking snow right snow. >> exactly. so where do we start? >> we talk to karen's, three-time us olympian, who is a hurdler, trains year around. we asked him for some of his tips. one of the big tips that he has is layer up during the wintertime. he has thin layer, wick away the sweat, absorbs the sweat from his body when he gets too hot. then he's got medium layer for insulation, then if it is snowing, like it is right now, for you guys, he's got an outer shell to kind of protect him from so if you have the thin layers on, start taking layers off as you continue with your work out. >> karen? >> beth, couple of the come friends our viewers, they were writing in about their winter workouts, dana writes in and says winter work out walking it, seems so refreshing in the snow, tired already, thank you

for that one, dana. we got a tweet from leslie walking in the path of the morris arboretum, always 100% clear of snow. that's great, thanks for that. this man after my own heart: lift my coffee cup and put it back down on my desk, repeat for five sets. i like that one. how important is it if we're going get out there in the weather, and these women suggested walking some of our viewers to stretch and to try to do all of that stuff. >> i think that's incredibly important in the wintertime. because as karen point out, you know, cold muscles do not like to contract and do their job. soap, he really recommends doing kinds after mixed warm up. warming up slowly first, but mixing sort of the static or the stretches that you do while you just hold the stretch and then dynamic or the moving stretches, and he also says if you're going to walk or run outwent have little bit of warm up period.

>> get the blood flowing before you start to hit your faster pace. karen? >> for so many of us, though, getting outside, one of the things we worry about specially some of my parents, older folks is falling. >> but if you fall when you're older you can break your hips. what do we need to be out on the look-out for when working out outside? >> watch for things, black ice, and ice that may not be so obvious to you, also in snow, you want to be real careful, too, running shoe will give you more traction than maybe something would you use during the summertime, also suggest the days are much shorter. you don't have as much time to train. so a loft russ training out in the dark. you've got to dress so you are visible to drivers, and just assume that they cannot see you, because not everybody's paying attention. a loft people texting and things like, that they may not be watching out forerunner or

bizarre soap opera as news co-anchors. it's been a magnificant day. >> and weathercaster john bowl heiress for years found himself a magnent for off the air controversy. my take? philadelphia doesn't have a whole lot of true a-list celebrities, so for whatever reason, local tv news people are treated as if they're coming and going actually matter. why would you care where some weekends sports anchor went to dinner last night? local newspapers have long criticized the shallow nature of local tv news, all while breathlessly reporting the dating habit of every part-time reporter. we know from real celebrities and the world of sports and entertainment that being told how wonderful and important you are 24 hours a day can gave you a skewed sense of your own importance. >> the jury has spoken? tollie's critics will tell you that's exactly what happened in this case, that he began to believe the hype, while he can playoff his good guy image, to make a buck. i suspect the real story is a whole lot more complicated,

so, not seeing too many icy spots out there which is good. winter storm watch has been posted for the whole philadelphia area including delaware south jersey. this is monday afternoon through tuesday evening. so not to confuse you, we do have round of snow expected late tonight into tomorrow. but, following that, we have another rounds of snow that looks maybe less likely, but certainly more impact full. and that would be monday into tuesday. future snowfall amounts, at least from our in-house model show by monday morning it is very likely, we'll have coating to inch or two on the grounds, more the further north and west you go, less the further south and east. so, this looks very likely, monday morning, commute impacted. snow showers will be on and off throughout the day monday, then into tuesday if this storm system intensifies close enough to the new jersey coastline, see high snow amount ourselves. this is just one model solution, but does paint a picture of eight to ten to ten plus over a foot inches of snow across parts of our area. >> what? what? >> the best case scenario this stays little further off

the realm of harrassment or bullying. >> not like a cyber stalking kinds of snipping. >> no, cyber stalk something very specific, depends on what state you're in, but here in pennsylvania, statute is specific, and most of the time when you think cyber stalking it has to be one individual, not a group, and usually it is a loft one-on-one action, one-on-one harrassment. cyber harrassment is a little bit broader, it runs more toward emails, this type of thing, but still i don't think it would fall within that definition. and then cyber bullying is last resort for school. it doesn't apply to adults. it doesn't apply to businesses. it doesn't apply to the situation at all. >> how about maybe something like a liable thing? i mean, does that apply? >> you know, it is a great question. i think here, when you read all of the information about this particular situation, what is going to come into issue is medical standards, whether or not physical therapist also medically license today do the type of need link that they're talking about here, depends on the

order to continue cheering throughout the year. so every year i get a physical done. that was the year that i had to get a physical done. and that's when they found it. >> thyroid cancer, that's what doctors found, in 16 year old kaylee's neck. >> i was shocked. i it was upsetting. who would have thought 16 years old you have cancer. but it is becoming a diagnosis seen too often in young women. researchers projected to be the third most common cancer by 2019. yet, many people may already have it. >> most of the times thyroid cancer doesn't have any symptoms. it is completely asymptomatic. no idea pick up on routine physical exam by their physician, or even if the patient feels something on their neck. >> caylee toll me she underwent treatment and had her entire thyroid removed. a small scar is the only evidence she ever had cancer. >> it is really hard to see honestly because of the natural increase of my neck but it is there. now, cancer free, caylee is moving on with her life. she attends school and

continues to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. her friends and family now cheer for her as she got the win over cancer. >> i might not be here if i didn't go for that cheerleader physical t really saved my life. >> that is absolutely amazing, especially because it is asymptomatic. you don't even realize if you have it. >> exactly. and i talk to doctor rachael from the university of pennsylvania she said that if you think that you may have any sort of thyroid problems, or suspect that you may have thyroid cancer, the first stuff you should do is contact your primary doctor. >> does it normally come up in a blood test? they do a blood test and figure out? >> times they can do, that also ultrasound, as well, to see if they do have some sort of indication of thyroid cancer. >> how interesting. thank you, that was a great story, we really appreciate it, kelly. >> thank you. >> i'm joe frost. this is your fox food bite. >> today we're making bacon mac and cheese, crispy pretzel

topping. start off with boiled or hot pan. we got some small flat bacon here add to the hot oil in the pot. aid the bacon to the hot oil. start to render out some of the fat. another brown up little bit. we will start to add our onions and our tyme. now we add the small diced spanish onions, and we're goes to have fresh tyme leaves. mix those onions and tyme and the bacon fat with the crispy bake none there. now we add 2 tablespoons of butter, 5 tablespoons every flour, the flour to mix with the butter it, will thicken up our cream. once we add that to the pot. we start off with 4 ounces of cooper sharp american. 4 ounces of yellow sharp cheddar, and we finish with 4 ounces of extra sharp white cheddar. we will let that melt little bit. the onions and bacon we leave whole. texture, so it pops at the end. half teaspoon of smoke paprica, use regular paprica

if you don't have smoke paprica at home. two and a half cups of heavy cream. add little bit at a time. we use heavy cream, give it little more body to the sauce, have people use the whole milk, you can use whole milk or skim milk if you want it healthier. >> now the sauce, pasta, eight cups already cook off shells. i think shells are the back for mac and cheese, the little cups hold all of the delicious sauce that's made. now get rid of the whisk, use spatula, hold the sauce right around everything. now we add our other three quarters cup of heavy cream, thin it out little bit. just get to coat everything. and we're going also add our salt and pepper to taste. now that everything's nice and incorporated and creamy, make sure you don't need any more salt and pepper. that's good. we go ahead, head into our baking dish.

make sure it is nice and pack down and even. , the edges, top it off with some of our house made dried pretzel chips. use bag pretzels, crumble them off on top if you like, the pretzel chips give it a little extra body, get topped off with more diced cooper sharp american, and into the oven we go, for about five, ten minutes, about how long it takes for the cheese to melt. now that our mac and cheese is nicely brands, out of the oven, we will sprinkle little fresh parsley over top to garnish. now we take a taste, make sure we did it right. that's it. i'm chef joe rot, lafayette hill. this
