we hand an early morning to cone palmyra bridge opening. southbound is jammo from academy into center city. earlier this morning penndot knocked down speed limit on all major roadways. here's a live look at 202, parkway near 611. on and off ramps are slippery. don't let the rain fool you because you may think it is a rain storm, wipers are working this morning but road surface is slippery. that slush looks like somebody took a slurpe ape poured it over our area septa running with 20 minute delays on the paoli thorndale line because of amtrak switch problems. new jersey transit. fifteen minutes across the board system wide with the delay and they are cross honoring though. that is good news. ninety-five south is jammed into girard, schuylkill running slow from conshohocken to center city. philly international, weather will impact air travel this morning. we have saw delays out of chicago from last night so

the tractor trailer over side of the north ease extension. one lane, that left lane is getting by but you can see it off to the side there slow go on the northeast extension on quakertown area. we have headed up the turnpike we saw lots of plows they were out saning, salting, temperatures hovering around freezing right now, our car temperature is reading 32. it was up to 34 a few moments ago. that is the danger point obviously with these wet road starting to freeze over. we did see a few cars off the road as bob was mentioning the speed have been reduced on the highways, to 45 miles an hour, the real heavy snow, we saw around 1:30 this morning. that tapers off around 2:00 and sleet and freezing rain. we saw people around here a short time ago digging out in allentown. penndot doll the salting. the the treats are very wet.
