pascal here i south philadelphia. he just barely made it here. he didn't have his headlights on. a sergeant come out of the front doors here in the middle of the shift knew something was up because he saw this car not driving right, not looking right at 1:00 in the morning. then he sees guy get out of the the car bleeding profusely saying he a has been shot and he has been shot in the chest. this officer acting on instinct and training. they call it scoop and run. that is get the a gunshot victim in your car and hospital as fast as possible. turn your police car in the ambulance. they know where er is. puts lights on. gets over to hup. he is still alive, at the last check, with the homicide detectives, and that is good news. now lets go to video. he is driving a silver chevy malibu, you see the bullet hole in his drivers window. another bullet hole in the passenger driver window. a third bullet hoe right above. three shots at least. lets go to the scene where he was shot at 66th and pascal.

police don't find any bullet the casing but they find a witness who said they heard gunshots in the the middle of the night right around that area the plenty of surveillance camera there hopefully detectives will see the shooting and some of those cameras and figure out what happened. hopefully he survives, helps them and tries to tell them why it happened and they get this thing solved this guy had great instincts and so did that police sergeant who saved a life. sometime police do anything they can to save a life inane this case it is turning in to ambulance drivers and emt's, great work by that fellow police sergeant. another shoot to go report overnight. >> this one is in germantown it happened around 8:00 on the 5900 block of magnolia street. police say a 22-year old man was shot several times. he was taken to einstein hospital where he was pronounced dead. 7:04. happening today trial of the former eagles wide he have iser irving fryar is set to begin. fryar and his mother face ten years in prison if they are up

a section of the lincoln drive in the area of gypsy lane has been shut down for several hours because of left over water that was on the ground. it was apparently running down the hill and on to the drive. officials say that run off caused even a cautious drivers to be caught off guard. the slick spot sits in the curve in the road. people need to make sure they are going speed limit or under to avoid any issues. it is currently 19 degrees but as the next couple of hours that temperature will drop as low as 14 degrees. last time we talked to people in doylestown who were already predicting a slippery tuesday morning commute. >> it is getting a little icy right now. by tomorrow morning it will be bad. >> half an hour and 40 minutes the temperature tropical at least 15 or 20 degrees. >> the roads are black but it is going to freeze up tonight. there is just no way it is not going to.
