it is 7:10 almost. police say a 67 year old man did the only thing he didn't do when he shot and killed an armed robber. this happened yesterday afternoon. the man was out for a walk in the woods, up in err dare, when a man with a pellet gun approached him, and demanded money. the two got into a struggle, and police say the man then shot his attacker, in the head. the 67 year old has a license to car that i gun, and no charges will be filed against him. police say, he acted inch in self-defense. also, there were reports, there was another guy who was caring a big stick who was trying to attack him, too. >> well the investigation continues into allegations that a dozen philadelphia firefighters had sex with a female paramedic while on the job in the firehouses. >> some people are really looking for answers, or just more information when it comes to. >> this but fire officials are just giving the same response. >> i'll tell you what i told

university of pennsylvania graduate eric vander car. six other died including the driver of the suv. >> had mercedes suv on the track. >> search underway for suspect in a shooting outside maryland high school last night. police say two student shot outside of the frederick high school. while a basketball game was being played inside. the injuries are said to be not life threatening, police say, there could be multiple shooters in this case. >> researchers at columbia university say something that will save millions of lives. >> they have developed a device that can test for hiv and syphilis, in just 15 minutes. here is the kicker, all done on your cell phone. there is an app for is that? >> it draws all of its power from smart phone, and only needs a finger prick of blood

really isn't that much snow falling. watching boyertown earlier, allentown, still light snow fakes in. just enough to coat things, and maybe wet the roadways that have been treated, but it could be slippery, on untreated surfaces around solebury township you may be seeing your first snowflakes. here comes some snow into the northern part of delaware county, around uke lynn, chester county, probably seek some light snow as well. and as the snow rolls in. >> vision. reduced in reading, pottstown, seeing that's the case there, hasn't come to south jersey just yet. when all is said and done, we may end up with big old tent of an inch of snow in philadelphia. >> little more in reading and lancaster, as the snow moves through, temperatures are starting to drop. 28 degrees in allentown and pottstown 34 in philadelphia, probably already seen our high
