8:01 am
back at city. i see a little bit of sun catlin. >> we're trying out there we battled clouds yesterday and we'll do the same thing today. it didn't stop temperatures from rising into the 40s which was a success for february 7. that was yesterday. we should come close to 50 in spots today. rare mild february afternoon still chilly outside for now and not terrible. snow across eastern portions of new england and winter storm setting up upstate new york and noopt tuesday. most of the storm misses us and stays north. a couple showers will spin through especially monday night into tuesday for northwestern counties and winter weather advisory and snow and icing lehigh, northampton, carbon, monroe counties up notice poke necessitates you see best chance of inches of snow piling up. better chance of snow north and we're locked in with clouds
