shell casings, were found at the scene. one of the victims was taken to the hospital in critical condition. the other stable condition. and the delaware fire marshall is investigating a deadly fire in wilmington. the it happened shortly before 7:30 last night in the 3900 block of north market street at the pen rose community. fire fighters arrived to see flames shooting from a first floor apartment, and a five two-year old resident died, two other residents at nearby hospitals. how about this a u.s. airways flight out of philadelphia made an emergency landing in houston text a as late last night. apparently the landing gear didn't come down. nose gear did not deploy. according to the spokesperson 56 passengers and crew members were on board that flight, they got off the plane, one had to use those emergency flies down to the tarmac. one person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the landing. aloft times people sprain an

southbound lanes of the roosevelt boulevard closed between red lion and grant. we have word that the water company will try to turn off the main and hopefully allow traffic to start moving again but again with the temps we will to have get salt crewness there and then later on today maybe clean it up. everyone heading southbound between red lion and grant push over to bustleton avenue. just to give you an idea red lion is right there by northeast philadelphia airport there. so bustleton avenue would be best bet. septa bus routes one and 14 are on a detour. here's a tweet from pj who says this is what it looks like through windshield here, three jelly doughnut defrost time here in chester county. live look at 422 heading eastbound where major roadways have been salted throughout the overnight. those secondary roads, side streets and for a good reason kids are delayed this morning with the two hour delay. they are scrolling at the bottom of the screen there.

>> before that detour lets get to bob kelly. how can people get around this, bob. >> get back to the chopper shot there, roosevelt boulevard the main access and artery in northeast philadelphia, we've got six lanes in both directions, three on the northbound side, three on the southbound side. your best bet this morning either bustleton have avenue which will be on the north side of the boulevard or academy road, but just to give you an idea, this is right at northeast philadelphia airport. that is the intersection of the boulevard and red lion which is where the a airport is located, grant avenue between grant and red lion, you will have to make a left or a right. bustleton avenue or academy road will be your two best alternates but with the amount of traffic that uses the roosevelt boulevard, imagine. amount of cars that uses six lanes in both directions here now being pushed off into the neighborhood here, again, bustle will ton avenue or academy road. septa using detours for bus

best bets, but keep in mind, you have got six lanes of traffic in both directions here. here's a live look from the news van on the scene at one of the closure points there, again with the boulevard we have inner drive and out are drive, each lane, carries six lanes of traffic, one northbound, one southbound, this is at grant avenue intersection. just think about the the the amount of cars that travel the boulevard and new have have to be push off into the neighborhood here. so academy road or bustleton avenue would be your two best bets. i know septa detouring bus routes on number one and 14. a lot have school buses, also, used this stretch of the roosevelt boulevard. this is like equivalent to i-95. actually they have more lanes on the boulevard then we have on i-95 in this stretch up in northeast philadelphia the water is still bubbling up from underground here with the boulevard closed in both directions. this will impact traffic coming off of woodhaven road,

live here from sky fox, the scene of the break. a live look, again all lanes of the roosevelt boulevard are closed in both directions here from this massive water main break. on the right is that salt truck that we just saw from a sabina on the ground there but what i'm questioning is they are putting salt down on top of water which reallies going to do any good here but all lanes both north and southbound closed. look in the center of your screen. you can see that mud and dirt pushed off in the inner and outer drives from where water was gushing out from underneath. i saw someone create there was a 16-inch mine. all lanes both north and southbound on the roosevelt boulevard remain closed. now in northeast philadelphia if we can go to the maps here your best bet would be bustleton avenue or academy road. both of those roadways run
