that water main break, all the lanes are open for the morning rush hour. but here is the deal. after the rush hour, they're going to block off the inner drive, so they can replace some of the dirt that was all washed away in that break from yesterday. and we're dealing with a tractor-trailer accident this morning, westbound on the 30 bypass, only the left lane open, between 340 and reese ville road. again, after the rush hour look foreclosure altogether of the bypass. let's go for a retirement ready? skyfox over the scene of this mess here. now, look off to your right there. that tractor-trailer was hauling what looks like they said paper. so that looks like those huge rolls of paper t i always wonder, you see an accident like this, and i always think what if that thing unloaded, and all of those rolls of paper came flying back on you? but luckily, this went off down into the ditch there. so they had to hand off load all of the rolls of paper. that's what you are looking at

hospital guy that did it still on the loose, surveillance police have of him, fuzzy bye recognizeable to anybody who knows him and know the black jacket he had on. the woman and man are seen on surveillance video right out on the sidewalk at first here at tenth and filbert streets seep going in, keep out, warn signs posted, asked him how to get on a train to northeast philadelphia. instead of asking any uniform subway staff, from septa, for directions, she asked this guy, and that's how this all began. >> very devastating, very scary. >> who could -- who wouldn't help her? why wouldn't somebody help her? >> being honest, i don't feel safe in the evening when it is dark. so anyway to make it safe their would be great. i do feel sometimes worried.
