getting ready forum coming tour, why the two crew members, picket, the tour manager, and critically stabbed crew member, eric parker, were here in philly this week, as well. now, detective here at headquarters say picket and park remember in a group of about five friends, some from philly, including parker himself, who went out to couple of night spots tuesday night, and then into wednesday morning, and ending up at the che bar and grill ending up outside at closing time, they got into fight with smaller group of three guys, things were said, fight broke out, maybe, it was picket, deck theorize, trying to be piece maker breaking up brawl, that got him killed. now, among the many top singers, he also worked with, was rihanna, who also put out this picture with her and him, and her condolances on stain gram account. as we reported yesterday, police had both three witnesses and surveillance video a lot of confidence they would solve this quickly. but by yesterday afternoon the homicide captain james clark

>> updating breaking news, this accident, 476 northbound, involving one vehicle, and as we look live, zoom on in here, what i can tell you, we just got word from the police, that they believe the driver of the vehicle that you see in the center of viewer screen there had some sort of medical condition that could have led to the driver leaving the roadway, up that embankment, and head-on into the tree. now, looking at this shot here, typically when they have a tarp over the car like that, that typically means a fatal accident, investigation, and we're seeing a lot of the same casino of scenario. but the official word, from the police, is just that they believe the driver had a medical condition that could have forced him to leave the roadway, and up that
