murders already, here in philadelphia. not even the end every february just yet. the latest three murders between 11:45, just before midnight, and a quarter after 2:00 a.m. two and a half hours, three dead, four shot in three different spots. most recent, most violent. two, 23 year old men, hit by nine bullets fired point blank. the two likely never saw it coming because one of them had his own gun on him, but never even got his hands on it. and not even found until surgeons at presbyterian hospital were taking off his jacket to get to his wounds trying to save his life before pronounced dead at 4:02 a.m. >> at the hospital, police found a revolver, handgun, in his pocket. >> we know at least nine shots were fired from semiautomatic weapon, we found nine spent shell casings, all in the very close proximity, to where both of these victims were laying on the highway.

which is an indication that the shooter was in very close proximity to both of these victims. >> shot and killed, in north philadelphia, just before midnight, on westmoreland avenue, where she was driving this town car, when hit, she was only hit by one of the nearly dozen shots, but it hit her arm, then went through the arm, into her chest, and you can see, she crash into three parked cars here on westmoreland. >> we know at least 11 shots were fired from a large caliber semiautomatic weapon. we found 11 spent shell casings on the highway, the window to the driver door was down. however, the rear driver door window is broken out, unknown if it was broken out from gunfire or some other manner. >> the third shooting scene and fourth victim survived

>> happening today, a rally in harrisburg for education, philly coalition advocating for public schools will board buses for the state capitol later this morning, the group intends to meet with legislators after their event. they want pennsylvania governor tom wolf to increase funding for schools. wolf by the way delivers his first budget address next tuesday. that said, the pennsylvania house of representatives will vote today on bill to privatize state run wine and liquor stores. the proposals calls for closing the state's most 600 stores and then sell nearly 1200 licenses to retail stores. pennsylvania governor tom wolf says he will, however, veto that kind of a bill. >> 7:11, marijuana possession now legal in washington, d.c. the new law allows possession of up to 2 ounces of pot and permits use tears up to three months. but resident can only light up at home. republicans threatening dc city leaders sailing they ' face legal repercussions along with initiative to go forward.

virginia, maryland, and, yep, the entire state of delaware, southern part of new jersey, plenty of places where you see the white, dover, delaware, snow coming down pretty well. very light in chester county. lancaster county and berks, maybe even little bit of flurry activity up in the lehigh valley. down in delco, a few places, here if philadelphia, we're right on the edge of the storm, really, so we may be seeing some snowflakes, we may not see very much at all. we'll keep an eye on radar, of course with you all morning long not under winter weather advisory in the city but we in southern new jersey and in northern delaware, then it is little more intense in sussex county, delaware, where the winter storm warning is in effect, that's because they expect more accumulation, maybe as much as 6 inches down there, getting records from fenwick island of about an inch and a half on the ground

so typically, two lanes are stack and pack here actually northbound, 95, coming up from the commodore barry bridge head he had towards 476. out to 422, again, no snow out in the collegeville roars forward area, go have the brake lights, riding in toward king of prussia. but we will fine snow down in dover. not that far from dover downs, road conditions will change ago you roll through the rush hour. half hour trip we can go from snow cover to dry roadways, vice versa, have the snow scraper, snow brush, if you don't have it by the time done work you may use to clean your car off. down outside of wildwood, 47, and 347. you can certainly see the snow covered roadways again what's tough, underneath the half inch or so could be left over ice, from the storm earlier in the week.

and an accident north on the 42 freeway, approaching i-295, and we just started to see the front end of the storm move here over the freeway, and that quickly, we had an accident happen coming in toward philadelphia. new jersey turnpike reduced speeds up and down the entire northeast corridor, same deal with the garden state parkway from cape may all the way up through north jersey, the speeds are reduced now i just checked with the airport, so far so good. but, i'm going to bet awe jelly donut we'll see weather delays before the day is up. so do check with the airline before you head down to the airport. and coming in from downingtown, an accident eastbound on the 30 bypass near route 340. back to you. >> danger in the skies, united airlines bosses sends a stern warning to their pilots. after a number of serious incidents were caused by pilot error. pilots union is firing back. issues they say they're facing. >> hey, we want to see your

accumulation, philly, was always a little if-ee, whether we get anything out of this storm, and it looks like not much if anything. although we could see some of this very light snow move into the area over the next couple of hours, but the jersey shore, getting hit, as we've seen with jenny joyce all morning with several inches of snowfall. so there is philadelphia, a whole lot of nothing right now, at least right now, so all of these areas under the winter weather advisory as you see, delco, philly, not under the winter weather advisory, and until 1:00 this afternoon, and winter storm warning continues for sussex county, in delaware, we still could get our three-6 inches down to the south, but much, much less the further north that go. temperatures in the 20's, just about everywhere, guess what, that's pretty much where they're going to stay all morning, we may get into the 30's at some point if we get sunshine this afternoon. but we will tomorrow, even though it will be another frigid friday. saturday, high of 30 degrees, still cold, and then on sunday, looks like most of the daytime hours will be dry.
