>> this is southern storm, of course radar shows you that the snow expends down through eastern virginia, and northern part of north carolina, but, it is really affecting delaware, and southern new jersey, as we said earlier, already had some reports, 2 inches every snow parts every sussex county, delaware. as we look out to the west of philadelphia, very light snow falling in chester, lancaster counties, perhaps little bit in montgomery county, we see the snow starting to sneak at least looked like it was into delaware county. but this is where it is tricky. on the northern side of i-95,

we may not see much if anything at all, just depends on how far north this storm decides to go, and we're really on the northern edge of the storm. but, as you look it the south, we have our winter storm warning remaining in effect in sus he is county, delaware. then everywhere highlight in the purple under the winter weather advisory for couple of inches of accumulation, but if you are down around rehoboth, might get as much as five, 6 inches by the time the storm leaves us. it is 26 degrees right now in philadelphia, 13 up in the mountains, 21 in reading, 28 in millville, and dover. this morning, so, we will stay in the 20's, mostly, throughout the day, with that snow continues for the folks who are getting getting it throt the rest of the morning, then clouds in the morning, on friday, and another frigid friday, ahead, looks like dry weather most of the weekend, but stays pretty cold, and march starts on sunday, and it looks like it may come in like a lion if we get little bit after storm on monday morning. be, let's get this one out of

we experienced that. >> i am guessing you might have been a teenager at that point? younger? >> yes, i was like 17. >> is that part of the reason why you became an officer never. >> yes, i needed a change in my community. and i was also grateful now that i am a part of that change. every day out there with the community, and they get to see my face. and i feel as though like we're there, the children feel safe. now they are able to play outside, something that i wasn't able to do when i was younger. >> do you think it also helps because you know both sides, what it is like, you know, from a victim and the family perspective as well as ac officer? >> yes. i know exactly what it feels like to lose somebody, and be a victim. >> so when you are out there, doing the community policing, how do you start that dialogue? now that you're on the other side of the snack. >> basically you introduce yourself. just because avenue badge doesn't mean i am not like them. i am from the city, too. so i'm able to speak to them and ask them questions. i'm here to serve them. >> did you say it like that? >> gentlemen. >> is them for camden?
