daughter saying she would be back in a week. she showed me where the note was found right above her bed. >> in the kitchen laughing that evening. bill: how long has she been missing? >> on february 4, come almost three weeks now. amber alerts are reserved for abduction. because she is a runaway she does not feel the same kind of concerns being raised here. >> what kind of person leaves a note and says he will be gone for a week? is this completely out of character? >> i had the same kind of question. she is a troubled teen. she is 16 years old. she got into trouble. she requested to be homeschooled. her mom felt things were going well.
