bensalem at the intersection of street road, and knights road this happened at 6:00 o'clock an hour ago. this is a busy intersection here in bensalem. what we're looking at here is active investigation. they were looking for a silver honda which they did find about a block away, pulled off to the side with its blinkers on. obviously a heavy police presence here in bensalem. lets go to the maps at that busy intersection of street and knights road in bensalem. your best bet would be either woodhaven road or byberry road and expect a police presence this area for i'd said another hour or so in the investigationgation. a fire location at cherry lane near tomlinson road in a residential area with local detours. another opening scheduled today for the the tacony pal will my use bridge. this is number two so far this morning set for 7:05. any minute now. if you are stepping out of the front door would i head for

tragedy on your hands this morning. french newspaper, is reporting that an air bus has crashed into the alps, with about 148 people on board. there were two pilots, four flight attend apartment an board. it was an airline called german wings. i have never heard of that airline. it was travel from barcelona to germany where they crashed between the two locations. up in the alps mountains. this will be a tough recovery. a number of people on the air bus said it was aware of the reports of a crash but could not confirm that. that is what the german wings airline officials have not confirmed it at all but at least this one newspaper, out of france is reporting this that this has happened. sky fox is over breaking news in montgomery county. >> crews on the scene of the house fire, we're checking back in on this. thinks on the 2900 block of cherry lane. thinks bryn athyn. you can see there is not as much smoke as when we last

check in but crews have their ladders out and they are trying to make sure they can get this out quickly. >> we have major damage there. it looks like they have it under control. philadelphia police released surveillance video involving something that happened last thursday afternoon as kids were coming home from school. >> this is an attack on a 15 year-old at a subway station. it happened in center city in the middle of the day but now jenny joyce, we have the video. because they are hoping to find more people involved. >> reporter: we have video, alex. when you take a look you can see a group of a dozen kid just mobbing a 15 year-old, the attack happened last thursday, fortunately that 15 year-old victim is doing okay. he went back to school yesterday after enduring minor injuries, so lets take a look at the video. police highlighted close-up of some of the teens caught throwing the punches. you can see a dozen or so going after the victim crowding him, punching him, assault being him on the subway platform at broad and lombard. the at salt happened on the northbound side but it started at street level and police say

victim and several other teens were walking on broad treat near the station. word were exchanged between two groups. everyone scattered. victim went down to catch the subway and that is when they spotted him and attacked him. our dave schratwieser talk to the victim's mom last night. she didn't want to reveal her identity. she's scared and shaken after what happened to her son. >> it is senseless. it just does not make any sense to me. >> i have taken the subway, or any public transportation, to school, when it is out, the kids, they are always rowdy. >> stop giving them so much leeway. these kids are not grown. stop giving them so much leeway at these early ages, man. >> i would like to see, i mean, some type of repercussions, and so it won't happen to someone else's kid. >> reporter: police say victim was transported to a local hospital. police tell us they were able to catch a few of the suspects

but they are looking for the rest of them. if you have any information, call philadelphia police, mike and alex. >> for sure, all right. i got this news yesterday afternoon. it is so sad. about something that happened in a restaurant on sunday. a local chef was pronounced dead after he was found unresponsive in his rittenhouse square restaurant. basically just off of rittenhouse square, the the chef scott mccloud, here's a picture, we did an event that john dibella did every year. he comes to the food festival every year. scott, who worked in philadelphia, for the at least ten years, at restaurants like passyunk, not over, on 15th street. cuba libre, bridget foy's on south street. he was a native of lou san a he was in his early 40's. the the owner of the restaurant steven star said he did not know the cause of death. the the restaurant was closed yesterday out of respect for chef mccloud.

incompetent to stand trial and had to go to this mental institution. coming up on 7:11. today in the boston marathon bombing trial a terrorist analyst is expect to be cross-examine by the the defense. analyst testified yesterday that a note found inside of the boat dzhokhar tsarnaev hi hidden side before his a red, contained ideas containing jihad themes. they were questioned about lectures and writing with similar views that prosecutors say were found on tsarnaev's computer. police say there is no proof that a university of virginia student was gang raped at a fraternity party. the investigation is part of the case that came to light in the controversial rolling stone article last year. police and charlottesville say at alleged victim is unwilling to cooperate with the investigation and the case is suspended but not closed. the police chief says the the lack of evidence does not mean an attack did not occur. rolling stone article published in november was heavily criticized after several discrepancies were found in that story.

a millionaire robert durst is denied bond after agents uncovered his escape plan in his new orleans hotel room. judge found durst to be a flight risk and danger to others. agents found his passport, birth certificate, fake texas id, stacks of hundred dollars bills, marijuana, revolver, map outlining louisiana and cuba and a flesh toned latex mask, that has salt and pepper hair. the 71 year-old left court with his hand shackled but despite all this, his attorney says all and all it was a good day. >> we will get a priest limb nature i hearing on april the second. so all and all this has been a very good day for us. >> if you say so. durst attorneys believe at rest on march 14th was illegal and meant to son side with the finally of the hbo series. he is accused of killing a female friend in california about 15 years ago. >> they had at least $45,000 in cash, on him. >> but the wig is what gets

off of morris rose a residential development. sort of like a big circle there. it is right the at an intersection. we cannot really see that right new but as chopper would pull out there is an intersection where i would say a hundred feet from the house, they have got a speed bump in the front of the house. we were told there were children on the bus, but that everyone was taken off the bus safely, without any injuries. one report i had where there were five children on the bus. the busies in the neighborhood to pick the kid up from school. it is still unknown how the bus left the road way and pretty good forcing go through the front of the house here, right through the front door in the living room of this home again in blue bell, pennsylvania. lets get to the maps to give you a idea of where this is at route 202 and 309 in blue bell, pennsylvania.
