he could not elaborate on the specifics of the evidence. today he said it is because he does not have any. that is why the council overthrew the mayor's decision. >> presented the evidence. unable to tie the information to any specific individual. >> overthrown by a score of six to zero. told me on the phone last night to my she miss you regrets her outburst and plans to apologize to the people but remains upset at the mayor. as she says here in the video, the campaign poster. he called this a conflict of interest.

>> i headed to upstate new york. what lies outside of the hustle bustle. what i found was cows ready for milking. over 500 acres. i've never seen anything like this. completely eye-opening. they are hooked up to a milking machine producing close to 40 pounds of milk. >> it is hard to say. it starts at 1:00 o'clock in the morning. >> i had to give it a go. it is not as easy as it looks. covered in manure. difficult to see where they are located. these animals way more than 1,000 pounds.

heading to jail. a judge sentencing the former sportscaster to two to four years for defrauding people out of thousands of dollars today. he must also pay restitution to those he ripped off and he'll be on probation for 15 years. tollefson apologized in court expressing remorse for what happened. he was convicted of felony money laundering fraud and theft after 200 people came forward saying he sold bogus trips that were sports related in the name of charity. now here's kathleen with a look -- scott williams with a look at temperatures. >> fog, drizzle, too temperatures right around 44 degrees in the city. but during the day tomorrow, out ahead of that cold front that will bring a lot of showers and storms we'll see winds out of the south and west. we're talking high temperatures near 70 degrees. but you'll need to grab an umbrella. take a look at that planner. 7:00 a.m. temperatures right around 48 degrees, low 50's by

10:00, into the 60's by lunchtime and near 70 by 4 o'clock. but once again, scattered showers even some thunderstorms possible across the area. so what about the forecast down the shore? we're looking at passing showers from time to time, maybe a rumble of thunder there, 60's, low 60's and then further inland temperatures top out in the upper 60's around philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. still mild but cooler, 60 degrees for sections of lehigh valley towards the poconos with those showers and storms. so, rising temperatures overnight, pockets of fog out there. we're looking mild and breezy, scattered showers and thunderstorms for your thursday. then it turns colder behind that system and some of that moisture could link up with the cold air thus we have some flurries on tap for saturday. so, don't put away the winter coats and jackets just yet as we continue to watch this rollercoaster pattern unfold. of course sue serio will have the latest on the timing of
